The couple here were, as my husband would say, "just nice enough to sell you" (in this case) a vehicle. While they were more than helpful and kind in the process before and during the purchase of the vehicle, I was quite disappointed to have it in the local-to-me dealership for work only 3 weeks after purchase. I purchased a Toyota Highlander from them and had to repair a hub and bearing on the front passenger side before my temporary plates were even expired. I emailed them about this and they exclaimed at how ridiculous the price I was being charged by the Toyota dealership was and they hoped I hadnt actually paid that, but that I could send them my receipt and wed see what we could do. They never responded after that. 5 weeks after purchase I had to replace another hub due to it making a horrendous noise, similar to the reason I discovered the problem the first time. Im disappointed that they were only "sorry for the situation." I will not return. I understand you buy "as is" but that much work so soon after purchase just shows the kind of quality you can expect from them after driving four hours TWICE to look at, then purchase a vehicle. Disappointed in this business and myself.

Great place, we bought a car here and it turned out to have an issue with the engine which would of required major expenses to repair. Chip quickly replaced the entire engine with a newer one at no cost to us. Chip went above and beyond whereas others could of easily left us high and dry. Great customer service all around!!

Took forever to get our paperwork to take to the license branch. Our plates expire in one week. We still are waiting on paperwork and I have called them twice. Dont know if we are ever going to receive the paperwork? What next, park the car?

Great experience with them! I found them through Carfax and I was pleasantly surprised. Totally pressure-free and laid back, very nice people to work with. Absolutely would buy from them again.
