Horrible experience. My husband and I went in to look at a car that I wanted. While my husband took the vehicle for a test drive, the guy who worked in the garage asked me if Id like to review. I said yes, but instead of letting me do it on my own time, he came back asking If I had reviewed yet. Obviously I had been standing there waiting for my husband, so no, I had not. Then he asked me if I had a smart phone. I had it out so I couldnt lie about it. He stood there and waited for me to open up my google account and since I had never reviewed before, I asked him what I needed to do. He took my phone and put in 5 stars on his own, then asked me to write a review. When I was done, he read it over. Needless to say I was very confused...I had been there all of 10 minutes. Why would I need to write a review after only just meeting these people? I had barely spoken to them. In the long run, we had the car for all of 2 months before things started to going bad. The man in the garage was less than helpful. Finally we gave up trying to get them to do anything and contacted the GR car city instead. The car was taken in and sent to a ford dealer for repairs. However, it took them almost a month to fix our car and return it. And they didnt have a vehicle for us to take while our car was in the shop. Considering my husband and I have jobs, we couldnt take time off to wait for a loaner. It was very inconvenient. It wasnt our fault the radiator blew. Dealing with the GR car city was just as frustrating. They told us our car was ready, then when we called the next day to see if it had returned there, they told us it wasnt ready. The first time we called them, they had no information to give us, so at least they were able to tell us we wouldnt be getting our car just yet. After we got it back, it still made all sorts of noise and smelled terrible for months after. A few months later, we gave up on the car. Not worth it. At all. For what we were paying for, we could have bought a nicer, less stressful vehicle. If youre willing to sign your soul away, this is the place for you.

What do you love about Car City Super CenAMAZING! We of course we strung around like Crazy at one of the Local BIG dealerships with all that, "Youre 100% approved" stuff, and then denied after days of waiting. I called Karen and asked just a few questions, then we came in later that night, and had a car that same day! Karen was fast, sooooo soooo nice, easy to get along with, she made the process pain free, and we didnt feel like we were losing out like some people make you feel. The car was so clean, and we even took it to another dealership to have it inspected (Because you have 3 days worry free to return it, with no hassle) and the inspection came out so clean that the worker at the dealership offered to buy it from us! You can count on Karen and her Auto Repair staff to do a great job without any hassle! Car City...A Place where dreams of owning a great running car can come true!ter? Share a tip.

They are honest, friendly, and take very good care of you with their warranty and collision damage waiver (you HAVE to get it - I swear by it!). I am 19 and have been denied at 90% of other places or they wanted outrageous deposits. But I walked in gave them 40 bucks and walked out with a great car. The cars are a little pricey but the service, warranties and just the general "homey" feel I got being there was well worth it. The next car I get will prob be thru them. You cant beat em. Thats for sure.

Very easy experience. Friendly and very helpful. Berry was exceptional at making sure our new van was perfect before we left. I would buy here again, just because Karen and Barry made the experience perfect. They made sure we had exactly what we wanted and shipped a van up to the lot rather then try and push us into buying something. Thank you guys.

I had a flawless great experience. I usually have bumps in the road with my credit. They got me approved right away. Even sent me to an insurance carrier that got me a wonderful rate on insurance. I got the vehicle that day. They even did a detailed cleaning it. Love this place
