I bought a very expensive bed. I am average height, but the bed is very high and I have to use a step stool to climb up on it. The motorized part of the bed is almost 200 pounds, so although the legs look adjustable I am nervous to try to adjust it myself. I called the store to see how it can lowered, I hope I can repost that they were helpful. But as of now, I am disappointed in their service.

I bought a frame, box spring and mattress that totalled up to $1500. Was told that it would take 2-4 weeks. Still dont have it and it has been a month. I delt with Cindy and she was really bad with customer service
