Whats there not to like. Enough parking for a Marines landing, all the stores you could ask for, pricing that is more thirty than competitors because of its location halfway between Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches and Tampa & Orlando. It is there to attract not only locals, but to snag all the travelers going north or south on I-95. I regularly plan extra time for stopping there anytime Im driving past either direction, or visiting Vero. When the chain stores there have 3 or 2 for one, or 50 to 70% off sales, they are really those percentages off regular pricing, not artificially jacked up prices, so you can really save big. Just got 4 pairs of Brooks Brothers made in USA and Italy tropical weight linen and cotton blend slacks regularly at $150 for $49 a pair, and two pair of tropical 9 weight wool made in Italy regular $225 for $60 each. Cant beat that for quality and price. Bass shoe store 2 for 1s include their popular and most comfortable boat and hiking shoes and boots. Van Huesen has made in India plain and Madras Cotton mens and womens shorts and shirts for $12 to $14, regularly, and a collection of Vietnamese made dress shirts both short sleeve and long from $12 to $30, about a 60% discount from any comparable make. Jockey store regularly 50% to 70% off department store prices for same styles and carries everything, or will ship to you free on orders over certain amounts, or you can pick up at your nearest to home store.

The selection of stores arent vast but the variety is decent. During the holiday season, the outlets have a steep discount on their already steep low prices. The Coach Outlet is great since there isnt one anywhere nearby, the closest being Orlando. The Bose outlet has a great selection of earbuds and speakers like their general retail but at a better affordable price. Those are some of the great stores here. You should check it out yourself. Just make sure to get there early since they close at 8pm even on the weekends.

ASG CAPCO CORP

Open and easy Outlet Mall at I-95 and Rt. 60 in West side of Vero Beach. All stores usually found in outlet locations, with perhaps more sales and marketing downs than outlets closer to larger population zones. Never big crowds here as Vero is 2 hours north of Fort Lauderdale and about 2 hours south of Daytona, and 2 hours east of Tampa or Orlando, so prices are more competitive. Good place to stop on way to somewhere else, or if staying in Vero Beach. A number of chain restaurants in and around Mall.

Jane Claud

This is an active, vibrant outdoor mall. Its built in a circle around the parking area, with a trolley that runs around. All the standard outlet shops were there, as far as I could see. I did not see empty storefronts as I see in other outlet malls. I wish I had more time but this was just a road stop as I traveled home on I-95. The restrooms were clean and easily available.

This is a very easy outlet center to run in and out of. If you know what you want and need this place is as close to perfect as it comes. I like it better that other outlet centers because its much smaller and you can pull your car around to each area. I dislike the outlet centers like sawgrass for that reason.

Not great but basic outlets ... good deals at Ralph Lauren and coach...the William senoma outlet prices are to high to be an outlet. Nike is very small,...kays outlet is decent. Its a shrunken version of a real outlet mall. Drive to west palm for better outlets

About half the stores are empty. Subway is gone and McDonalds is going. They need to do something to get more stores back in there. Of course the prices are rather high for so called outlets. Ive done better in the actual stores.

This place is starting to turn into like most outdoor and indoor malls are becoming. Empty and store less. And there really isnt much in the ways of discounts or basic Outlets. I used to enjoy coming here, now not so much.

Nice selection of stores. A lot of empty storefronts though. One of the only outlet malls I have ever been to that does not have a food court. There is a McDonalds and a Cracker Barrel on the road leading into the mall.

Some deals to be found at these outlets. Beware, we have found some of the same clothing online or at other retailers for less. Also, some of the stores still rejects at discount prices. Just be aware of where you shop.

Typical outdoor outlet shopping mall. There are quite a few empty store fronts, and no good court (but there is a McDonalds and cracker barrel at the entrance). We got a couple good sales. Would I go back? Yes.

The stores were ok, but there was nobody else there when we went on a Friday evening. And everything is pretty spread out. I didnt feel comfortable walking around in the dark with my daughter since it was so dead.

I love having a Nike outlet store so close to my house. I go to a lot of stores there especially when family comes Down to visit. I also like to go to the outlet mall to Walk and enjoy looking in the stores.

Not like most outlet malls ...especially after visiting the outlets in Orlando. Nice place... plenty of diffrent stores to shop in. Prices are not as good as the shops in other outlet malls though!

Usually can find good deals & fashionable clothing. Kids love the trolley ride. Jeff is the driver & enjoy chatting with him. So nice to be able to ride from one side of the complex to the other.

I go here mostly for The Childrens Place, Williamss and Sonoma, and Lane Bryant. The parking lot is well maintained and the variety of shots is much better than The Indian River Mall.

Need more stores, the prices are not outlet prices, need to extend hours. Merchandise in some stores are limited. Some stores dont accept checks(some people still write checks).

Prices from these outlet stores when their are sales is awesome. However, certain stores everyday prices are still expensive. Also store selections can be a little bit limited.

The deals here are unreal. I got a pair of Nike running shoes for $36 dollars and they both feel and look great. There is also a decent Coach store with fantastic discounts.

Really great shopping outlet. I got some ridiculously great prices and deals and the workers had some of the best personalities. Ill definitely be back to this outlet.
