Ive been to this mall quite a few times. The mall layout is nice. Its not your typical outlet mall aesthetically. Which is great and sets them apart from Concord Mills! The prices in the stores I visited definitively reflect the fancy look of the mall. Not to many bargains and most items were at retail prices.The best days to shop are Monday - Friday. It seems that no body shops there during the week days and you will have the mall to yourself. Weekends can be a bit crowded. The few times Ive been to this mall, I witnessed a few questionable activities from other customers. When I spoke to an employee at one of the stores they said that theft is high and it happens every week in stores. The mall doesnt report these theft activities and seemed to be on the hush about them with the communities near the mall. Just watch your back people. Thats life I guess. Food options at the mall are slim. In the food court you can chose to eat at a Chinese place, Hibachi/Chinese place, or a sandwich and fries place. I rather eat before I get to the mall or leave and eat after I shop. The options in the food court are disappointing. The best customer service store I visited was G.H. Bass & Company and Nine West. By far the best prices on merchandise and the level of service was awesome.

A bit out of the way, but it has a good mix of shops. My favorite is the large New Balance outlet store. I am disappointed in the food choices here. The food court only has 4 restaurants, all of them bad. It appears that managements has caught on to this, and enticed a food truck to park near the front entrance, however lack of an eating area and fairly high prices make this a less than meaningful option. There are plenty of fast food outlets on the main road adjacent to the mall property, so eat before or after you go. Some of the stores, including manufacturers outlets are otherwise unavailable in the surrounding area. This mall seems to be struggling with low attendance, but might pick up when the nearby apartments are finished. Until then it is a good option if you like to shop, but do not like crowds.

Is this outlet mall as good as a Tanger Outlet? I really didnt think so. There were a few brands I thought were well represented, but I walked away feeling the retail scam as usual. You have got to know your brands and their usual pricing schemes to know if youre really getting a good deal here. At other outlets, I expect off season or returned or something characteristic of that nature. Not so much here. I will say that the mall itself is nice and clean. I thought the layout was just odd though.. Its like two figure eights put together, or.. I definitely felt like I was going in circles to explore the place.

Awesome place!!!! Lids is my favorite store, best lids store iv ever been in. They make every one of my visits there a true shopping experience. Im always greeted when I or anyone walks in, the staff is always in a good mood and always wanting to help, they are amazing,ALWAYS have new stuff in, they customize hats as well best stitching iv ever seen done ,the ideas they come up with is top notch, the manager Junior is a great dude and a hat guru master even if he is a Dolphins fan. Its nice when you can walk into a place and feel like your at home with family. Thank you lids.

I am an employee and frequent shopper of this mall. Im not going to say this is a racist area, but it is definitely "pro-white." This is based on both interactions with our guests and also employees. Theft is a problem, but at times, Im often asked to "keep an eye on the black guy." In other times, I am the black guy with the eyes on him. Starbucks in particular chooses who they would rather delegate the better customer service to. For the most part though, the prices are fair, and it has a fair selection of stores. No legitimate food court is the biggest weakness.

Ein richtiges Shopping-Village. Es hat hier den Flair eines Urlaubs-Resorts. Nur kann man hier nicht wohnen, sondern nur shoppen. Und das ausgiebig. Wer sich ruinieren will, gibt der Gattin die Kreditkarte, und lässt sie hier mal ein paar Stunden alleine ;-)

Im usually not a fan of malls, but this one is pretty good. They have affordably priced stores and navigation is simple. Even if you get lost, if you go on a nice day, a little stroll will feel good since its a outdoor mall. Dont go hungry of you like popcorn as popcorn smell fills the entire area. I would recommend this mall as a guy who isnt into paying outrageous prices at "high end" malls where most of the items are made in China anyways. This mall is easy to get to.

Lack of food at the food court, lack of variety of entertainment. Its the reason why malls are dieing... But this is outdoors. Have some live music, performers, a stage, install a movie theater, maybe a decent restaurant on site, add a nice water feature thats unique at least. Place is not attacting families except to walk around... Like a mall... But outside during the hot Carolina days. Lack luster.

Another outlet mall. The only store I wasnt impressed with is Saks Fifth Ave. Off Fifth. The store was almost divided 50/50 with regular merchandise & clearance. The regular merchandise was tidy and well kept but every rack in clearance was like a tornado hit it. Nothing was where is was supposed to be and alot of it was laying on the floor. Not going to make an effort to go back.

Ive been here several times. Its very similar to the Tanger outlets. I would give it four stars if all of the stores were actuallly outlets. Many are full retail. Some of the reviews refer to the quantitiy of the food court. This is not a mall for rats looking to hang out all day and get three squares. The quality of the food is good for what they have.

The whole place was very clean and modern, restrooms were easy to find, and you dont have to do a ton of walking to get to any store youre interested in because theyve done the layout very well. Several of the stores we visited had some nice deals that you dont normally see in their big retail locations. There were some options for hungry shoppers as well.

Very busy. Had to watch for crazy drivers in parking lot when trying to park and even when walking to the outlets. There is a wide selection of stores to choose from and if you can afford it you can walk out with everything you ever needed for a night on the town, day on the beach, home decor, travel accessories, or anything else you could imagine.

I love this mall! Way better prices than the traditional malls and although when its crowded, it doesnt feel like it due to its layout. It has all the common stores youd see at the other malls in town, although there are a few unique ones. They only have two places to eat, but aside from that, its my favorite place to shop near Charlotte.

Great stores. Very pretty layout. Parking seems kinda crazy. Didnt really see a lot of what I would consider "outlet" pricing. I feel that anymore outlets are just large malls that house a bunch of stores that wouldnt normally be in the same mall. Quite a few childrens and shoe stores, which is what we were there for the day we went.
