Shop Local. With Amazon and everything available at your fingertips these days this is something I dont think ill ever give up, regardless of the free shipping. I knew I needed a new computer but I didnt know which one or even why that one. I walked in like a deer in headlights. I NEED A CHANGE. Change? Parking is free, we have our own parking lot. No, I need a change. Jonathan Sales Manager guided me. Asked me questions and I provided him answers even Google couldnt answer. Twenty minutes later they had me feeling like it was the first day of school 20 years ago. That sensation you got with that new outfit, chuck taylors, freshly sharpened pencils, I was ready for anything but now with my new Mac. Thank you.

i had a serious spill issue and struggled fruitlessly with the Toshiba repair depot before I found CSC. I received prompt, courteous service from non-condescending techies who seemed to have good backup from more-senior personnel at the store. As it turned out, I was lucky - the parts I fried with my ice tea cost $40 to replace, along with the $200 service fee for evaluation of the laptop. It was obviously an issue where a less-honest outfit could have jacked the cost of the repair. The computer works fine now, and Id definitely go back if Im in trouble again.

I will only shop at Computer Super Center. Ive purchased seven computers from them now, and I wouldnt go anywhere else, three for myself, personally, and four for my business. The staff is always friendly and helpful. When I have a question, they always answer the phone. Kudos to the owner. Its a great store with an emphasis on old-fashioned customer service!

Computer SuperCenter is great. We had a few issues with my old mac and had to get all my data to my new one, then wipe the old one and give to my wife (and transfer data as well). The guys over at Computer SuperCenter went above and beyond to assist me with my issues. They took my complicated situation and turned into a absolute pleasure. Thanks again!

This is the worst store ever! Had the worst experience! I dont know how many times I had to bring my computer back for them to keep fixing it and its not much better than it was. Every time I came in the manager left the room and did not want to have anything to do with me to help fix the continuing problem. Stay away!

Tremendous service experience. I had an issue with my 2+ year old laptop that I purchased from Greenwich Computer. I was on the phone for hours with the manufacturer, who couldnt (or wouldnt help). This morning the Windows technician at Greenwich Computer solved the problem in about 30 seconds. A great experience!

Wasted my time, horrific service where i was interrupted multiple times, got the wrong part replaced even though I said which part was broken multiple times, and wasted my warranty because they failed to do their job expressing the problem to lenovo. Would rather get computer service at a Dunkin Donuts

Friendly and professional employees, but after calling ahead to confirm they did warranty service on Lenovo computers, I arrived and they told me they couldnt help because I had an "IdeaPad" and not a "ThinkPad." In summary: professional, but I noticed inattention to detail.
