I give this staples one star, for more than one reason. I walked in with my son, he wanted a laptop, I wanted some pens. We were in a hurry and needed to get home quickly for supper. the most concerning part about my evening is when i was told that my coupon has expired. I demanded to see the manager and was denied his service immediately. We didnt receive any discount on our items and were treated poorly my Micheal P. definitely choosing Micheals next time. One star is generous... Horribly managed. Ironically nothing is ever easy at this staples. Consistently rude staff (few exceptions) who havent the foggiest notion of customer service. Managers that hide in the back and do nothing are probably the most offensive aspect of the store. Take your business elsewhere if you can. Unless you like being treated like garbage. What a joke. Its amazing this branch stays open.

We spend thousands of dollars a year at this Staples in Glen Cove. The people on the floor are rude and the main cashier is rude and angry. She is rude and says the most obnoxious things to customers. I will take my business elsewhere and much further away rather than deal with them.

They took my info and signed me up for staples rewards without my consent. That is totally ILLEGAL. Their printing department is really horrible too, and they take forever to get the job done.
