I bought a Game last week for my son , a 3DS Game and it does Not work with his system . I went back to the store yesterday with my receipt and game on hand . The Game was bought on 9/18 and today is 9/24 , a Manager ( Calvin ) and Customer Service told me that they will Not give me a refund only Credit for it. They wanted to give me a $3.00 Credit for it , I spent $43.44 for the game , A Game that My Son Cannot Use . I sent an E-mail to the Store Manager about my Situation . Hopefully i Hear Back From Them. Calvin told me Not to get Upset in The Store and to lower my voice , Are They F*ing Kidding me !!! You are going to give me a $3.00 Credit on a Game That Cost Me $43.44 and you want me to be happy about it . * Update I went To The Levittown Best Buy and They Let my Son get another Game for The Same Price . This is What i Call Good Customer Service . The Manager There Mike S. was a Really Cool Guy and Understood and Took Care of our Problem . From Now on I will Not Go To The Best Buy in Baldwin , They Have Lost a Customer for life Because They Do Not Care about their customers and are not Willing To Help You . KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THE MANAGER CALVIN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER .

I guess you shouldnt go on a Saturday night, around 7:45 while they are preparing for inventory. Other than the Loss Prevention greeter and Samsung rep, we were completely ignored. I was prepared to buy a digital camera and 2 pairs of Bose qc headphones ($1k total) for a long overseas trip we have on Tuesday. It was cheaper to buy it all on Amazon and pay for one day shipping. Too bad, because I want to support bricks and mortar, but standing around looking for help in two different departments while a group of unprofessional kids in blue polos and earpieces talk about their plans for the night is not a great customer experience. 5th time Ive tried to buy some the here, and 3rd time I walked out empty handed. Im pretty calm and reasonable, so I kept giving them one more chance - but Ive learned my leason. Ill spend my money where its appreciated.

Wow! Four trips over a month because I was advised to buy the wrong product three times. After a month, customer service refused to exchange a VGA TO DVI adapter (which never worked) because it was 2 days outside the return policy. The manager Mike was called and he refused to budge even thoough the reciept was looked up (as well as thousands of dollars of previous purchases). Called 1888BESTBUY in store and they refused to refund my misguided purchase. They proved to me that they do not take care of their customers

The service in this Best Buy store is hit or miss,you can go in on a Monday and the staff are more than willing to help you,you can go back on a Wednesday, and the staff look right through you like a pane of glass. I will say this for Best Buy Baldwin, of all the times I have gone in there, its mostly miss. I have been in other Best Buy stores in and out of the area,and those other stores are worlds apart compared to Best Buy in Baldwin. the Baldwin store seems to have a care less attitude about their customers.

Customer service is horrible! They do not believe in answering their phones for customer support. The lines are ridiculously long to pick up orders or to purchase. I rather just purchase online to get it delivered to me rather than deal with online pick up headaches! The staff seems like theyre straight out of high school also. They need more training on their merchandise or better direct me to someone who can answer any questions I may have. "I dont know" is unacceptable!

HORRIBLE SIMPLY HORRIBLE Go online to Best Buy website to see if they have what Im looking for. I found several items of interest and there in stock at the Baldwin store. Head over to the Baldwin store only to find lazy employees who dont want to lift a finger to help you. None of what they advertise and show in stock is at the Baldwin Best Buy. A total waste of time driving to the store only to find do nothing employees hanging out in a have nothing store.

This stores customer service center has always given me a hard time about using gift cards and coupons, even manufacturers coupons, which the manager didnt know they get reimbursed for. They are rude and discourteous It is really annoying when employees dont even know their own damn policies. If you are not purchasing anything straight out, save yourself time and give someone else your money.

Just wanted to run in to pickup an order. Only one person working at customer service counter. He spent nearly 15 minutes helping a customer install batteries in a Bluetooth speaker. He ignored me when asked if there was anyone else who could help me pick up my order. When it was my turn he told me he didnt work in the in-store pickup department. I gave up at that point.

No Nintendo NES in this BB location inventory stock How the hell does BB advertise the Nintendo NES release but you have a paper sign that this location doesnt have any NES So pathetic and bad of retail business you lucky google offers a whole star if not I wouldve gave it none ! Take your business and money anywhere except this place !!

Queen store but everytime I go there for a specific item I end up having to return it because the clerics give me the wrong item. The people pretend to be educated in their departments but they are actually not. The parking is ok and the check out as quick. Hats off to The Geek Squad they are awesome at the Baldwin store

I will never shop at best buy again. The service is horrible. Employees have no product knowledge and they are not customer friendly. Good luck trying to get through to them over the phone. Took me a week to get through and was put on hold after waiting 35 minutes. Poor poor service. They need to close down already

This store is full of idiotic morons! Tried to make a purchase no register was open meanwhile the geek squad had to check me out while there were 25 employees walking around with their heads in their phones!!! Never coming back. Terrible service Amazon will put you out of business. Disgustain

This is generally the BB I go to. Sometimes you gotta wait ten minutes to get a salespersons attention, and then other times (like when Im just browsing) I get like three different people come up to me, haha. Theyll match internet prices here without any hassle, which rules.

in the bad stores this is #1.i did one order online. the send me a email that the order was ready to be picked up .when I went to best buy they never found the order and they made me wait for like 20 minutes for nothing. I will never go back to best buy again.!!!
