THE PEOPLE AT APPLIANCE PLUS ARE THE BEST! I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR OVER 30 YEARS. WHEN I PURCHASED MY FIRST HOUSE, CARL, THE OWNER, ARRANGED FOR CREDIT SO I COULD GET A FEW APPLIANCES. SINCE THEN I HAVE PURCHASE WASHERS, DRYERS, REFRIGERATORS, AIR CONDITIONERS, BARBECUE GRILLS, AND ASSORTED ACCESSORYS. IN THE PAST MONTH I PURCHASED 2 NEW ENERGY EFFICIENT AIR CONDITIONERS. A HIGH END GE REFRIGERATOR, A NEW CANOPY STAINLESS STEEL RANGE HOOD (SPECIAL ORDER), I ALSO PURCHASED A NEW BED SET THAT WAS ON SALE. KEVIN IS MY GO TO GUY, HE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WOULD FIT AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO FIND ME THE RANGE HOOD THAT THEY DON"T USUALLY CARRY. THE DELIVERY/INSTALLERS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY DID EVERYTHING BY THE BOOK, (I READ THE BOOK). AS FOR SERVICE/WARRANTY, I ONLY NEEDED THIS ONCE, I WAS DIRECTED TO THE FACTORY AUTHORIZED REPAIR PERSON, WHO ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY. THE ONLY PROBLEM I EVER HAD WITH AN APPLIANCE WAS WHEN MY DAUGHTER BOUGHT ME A NEW RANGE FROM A BIG BOX STORE, THEY ARRIVED AT 8 PM AND HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I HAVE MADE PURCHASES FOR FAMILY MEMBERS AND REFERRED SEVERAL FRIENDS AND THEY WERE EQUALLY SATISFIED WITH THE PROFESSIONALS AT APPLIANCE SALES PLUS

I have been a customer of Appliance Sales Plus for well over 10 years. Once again they did not disappoint. I purchased a new Samsung refrigerator a week ago. I had originally seen this particular refrig in one of the big box stores. Would I purchase it from the big box store? Definitely not! The personalized service from the knowledgable staff at Appliance Sales cannot be beat, not to mention that the price was actually lower. The entire process was painless, from scheduling delivery to actual installation. I am not going to lie, I am a neat freak. The delivery men were so attentive and respectful of anything they came in contact with in my home. Believe me it was no easy feat for them to get that refrig up the stairs into the kitchen, and to remove the existing one. I could not be a happier.

I am a first time buyer of a large appliance. I walked into appliance sales plus with no idea how to go about my purchase. I was a little wary of being taken for a ride. I was instantly greeted at the door and made to feel comfortable and welcome. I had a thousand questions, and the sales person was able to answer them to my complete satisfaction. Bought the top of the line washer and dryer by Electrolux, paid over two grand including delivery installation of washer and removal of old equipment. All went well except I asked that the dryer be put in place and leveled. It was then pulled forward so I could hook up the gas lone vents etc. After I made all the hookups and slid it in place it is not even close to level. What a pain in the ass now to try and heighten the back right leg on my own. Very disappointed!

Got a price on the phone for a freezer (as per their webpage), salesperson said there would be no delivery charge. Went to store the next day and of course that person wasnt there. The person who was there said the price on the webpage was too low and hardly any profit and there would be a delivery charge. If the price is too low on your webpage, thats my fault? Ordered it from another appliance dealer for a lower price.

Forget the cute, "Come on down to my Papas store." Service is abysmal. We have been waiting over two months to have our dishwasher repaired. We have had nothing but constant delays and excuses. We wanted to support a local business but the lack of response has convinced us to NEVER purchase anything from this store again. Still do not have a date for service.

Best place ever. The service is awesome. Great prices. Just purchased a microwave and as it is the busy season, did not have time to go to the store. Picked one online and it was delivered and installed with no fuss at all. Great people to work with. Will definitely go back.
