Last night my iphone screen froze - i could not unlock it but could still see all incoming emails and text messages, etc. I stoped by Apple in Greenwich, left the phone to have the glass replaced - two words described my experience: " frustrating-missleading" They gave me back a dead phone, no data at all, nothing, over two years of photos, videos etc. all gone! The answer from the very young lady that gave me back my phone: "Well, your phone FAILED our standart test! Besides you signed an agreement to replace it!!! I remember signing a work order... not waver of my rights to honest decent customer service. My phone was absolute dead, simple. Nothing I could do anymore. I was rushed to PAY for a replacement device... lost a lot of time, ran back to work and spent the entire day feeling pretty stupid. Decided to go back after work to ask for my old phone back. Asked for a refund of my money and made an appointment for an upgrade at At&t store tomorrow morning. Save your time and avoid frustration by not going there.

I made a Genius Bar appointment with the Greenwich CT store today, 8/4/17. The consultant stated that my wait would be 10 - 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, I approached another consultant, Elena, who stated that I was next in the queue and would have my appointment as soon as someone was free. As I looked around the store there were six to seven employees who were without customers and two employees assisting (i.e. chatting) with customers. After ten more minutes, I approached Elena again who apologized and then spoke with one of the employees who was assisting (chatting) with a customer. Overall, I was trying to get my Apple Watch serviced; the bezel keeps falling out. In addition, I wanted to purchase another iMac to replace my five year old iMac. I wont buy anything from this store. The genius bar is sub par.

I have been to this store several times. Most apple stores are pack front to back with customers. This store is not full. I was late for an appointment ( no parking?WTF) with only a few customers in the showroom Im told I must reschedule the appointment. First I have never been in and out of the Genius Bar in10 minutes they dont help walk ins so where is the genius? This is my third time at this store and every time Im meet with indifference to me needs. In my opinion this is why Apple is losing its luster. Take the drive to Stamford , White Plains or DANBURY. Better yet maybe I should look at a different company all together no one company is to big to fall. I miss Steve jobs!!! Get your act together Greenwich Apple store.

Went there this morning with a broken screen on my iPhone 6 plus, the tech told that my phone had been exposed to water. Therefore they could not replace my screen, they wanted to sell me a refurbished i phone 6 plus for almost 400 dollars. Now the new iphone 7 Plus goes for 800 dollars. what makes apple think that Im going to be paying that much on a phone that i only lease. They gave me no other option, they told me to search for a third party to fix my phone. I been an apple customer since 2001 when the iPod first came out and this is the type of customer service that i get? very disappointed. I feel that they are taking advantage of us. the customers.

Went in to have the poor battery performance on my iPhone 6 addressed. The assistant ran some diagnostics and informed me that the battery was fine despite my experience of it running from 100% to 1% in between 60-90 minutes. Advice was given re closing apps and taking a few steps that I explained had failed already. The supervisor offered a few more ideas and I was dismissed saying they would definitely work. They have not-no change. Tried calling back to them for next steps but left waiting on lines. I had the sense that they would find every reason to replace the phone. Next step is a revisit.

Apple Greenwich is one of the best stores in the USA. Located on Greenwich Avenue near Saks Fifth Avenue, its the only store that sells Apple products without a long wait. I call them frequently to get information about products. They were able to tell me about the features on a new iPad while stopping to help me replace a broken item for no charge. When I buy another iPhone, it will be made by Apple. The customer service is excellent and the store is conveniently located downtown Greenwich.

After visiting another Apple Store for a repair and spending over 6 hours to find out they couldnt help with my old Mac repair in the store I decided to stop by the Greenwich store to get another opinion. The team is helpful and knowledgeable. They walked me through my repair and helped me get set up with different wiring and connections for the new USB C connectors on my new MacBook Pro. They are thorough and thoughtful, patient and understanding. Im helpful for all their help today!

This company has to realize that their produtcts are beinv used by schools , businesses etc.we use ipads for education and i am always told that i need one appointment per device meanwhile we have 120+ ipads, i went to the store twice once with appointment which wasnt confirmed , the store manager said she was sorry but she doesnt have the time to unlock 3 ipads - (takes about 5 min each ) - never again , good luck

I walked in and had what I believed to be simple questions about functionality and settings. I started to explain to the reception person that logs your name and even though there werequite a few people waiting at the Genius Bar, an associate that heard my issue decided it was easy enough to help me without an appointment! He did a great job of solving everything in less than ten minutes!

Quick and excellent service. Friendly Genius bar. I went to Stamford Apple store and my problem with the charging cable was not solved, actually i felt like they dont want to solve it, then just 10min away I decided to give a try and it was a good decision. I just spent 5min in the store, they understood that the apple cable was not good and changed it. These people are great!!

The service is great here and the people always help me out with whatever the need is. From cases to headphones to troubleshooting they always are great. These othe bad reviews are just written by people who blow up over one tiny problem. This store is a little small and the parking is sometimes difficult but this Apple Store is like any other, a nice place to be.

The worst Apple Store. Poor customer service. The Apple Geniuses at this store are useless - they are not able to answer questions on their latest products. They also dont honour Apples warranty!!! They refused to replace an iPhone case that was under warranty and purchased at their store. Had to go through Apple Care phone line to get it replaced.

My phone was not coming on and was told by a young girl at the genius bar that it was broken and I need to pay $ 120 to get it fixed. To get a second opinion before I paid anything I took the phone to an AT&T store and the guy held the home button and power button for 5 secs and the phone came on. Good job AT&T.
