Let me start off with that I frequent this Petsmart a few times a month. So I went to this Petsmart today and saw this cat missing his ears from frostbite, he meowed and was rubbing on the glass for attention. I asked the lady if I could pet him and let him stretch his legs because he looked like he wanted to get out for a little bit and I have 2 rescue cats myself and know they dont get out much and are lonely especially being caged alone. The employee rudely told me "No. Volunteers arent here, youre out of luck"......... Between my two cats and fish tank Ive spent hundreds at this store and to be treated so rudely rubbed me the wrong way. I understand you cant have everyone in there petting cats all day without volunteers there but her attitude level was unreal. She was a manager or supervisor because she was also being ignorant with the employees she was talking to as well. She had blonde hair and was on the shorter side, so I think she should be reprimanded for the way she treats paying loyal customers!! When I saw her again walking down the aisle she rolled her eyes and nearly knocked into me. This lady needs an attitude adjustment ASAP or you guys are going to lose loyal customers!!! And how about have a piece of paper that says you cant play with the cats when the volunteers arent there, how was I supposed to know if they were there or not? Also, if I wanted to adopt the cat, what I cant unless a volunteer is there? Or would her attitude suddenly change? Good luck getting pets adopted with that lady working there. The rest of the staff is great, Ive dealt with cranky cashiers sometimes but she took it to a new level.

ONLY SELL GOLDFISH FOR FOOD?!!! Associate said that is their policy and refuse to sell goldfish more for pets. Will no longer purchase from PetSmart until that policy is changed.
