I hate you guys. I regret so much bringing my cat here. I had an appointment, I waited almost an hour until I was finally seen. He came only to get his rabies vaccine. He had a few little scratches and bite marks that another cat gave him and you guys called the county and now I have to come up with more than $3k to have him quarantined or have him euthanized!!!! MY HEART IS BROKEN!! HE DOESNT HAVE RABIES BUT IF YOU WERE BETTER VETS YOUD KNOW! I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU GUYS FOR THIS. BUT OF COURSE SINCE YOU GUYS HAVE THIS KIND OF MONEY THIS ISNT MUCH FOR YOU, BUT IT DEFINITELY IS FOR SOMEONE LIKE ME. I HOPE IT REMAINS ON YOUR CONSCIOUS IF THEY EUTHANIZE HIM AND HE DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING. YOUD KILL AN INNOCENT BABY FOR NOTHING. VETS ARE SUPPOSE TO HELP THESE ANIMALS, BUT YOURE DOING MORE BAD THAN GOOD. AND TO TOP IT OFF, WHEN I CALLED TO ASK THE PRICE FOR THE RABIES VACCINE I WAS TOLD $22, BUT THEN YOU GUYS STARTED CHARGING ALL THIS EXTRA STUFF AND I ENDED UP PAYING ALMOST $200. THANKS FOR NOTHING

On Thursday I was told by Sarah & Paul, the store mgr, my Fire Bellied Toad would be fine in the tank with my water turtle because they live together in the wild. Well as soon as I got home I fed my turtles a 2nd time & 4hrs earlier than usual, waited 10min, put the toad in with them and 1 of my turtles grabbed my toads leg and was trying to eat him. I immediately removed the toad, removed 1/2 of the water from another aquarium and put it in there until I purchased another aquarium turned terrarium especially for it on Friday.

Ive been coming to this PetSmart for grooming for 9 years and usually no problems. I picked up my dog last night, put him the back seat of my vehicle. I looked back and my back seat was covered with blood. They had clipped his paw pad and he was bleeding. It is obvious to see if you look down at his paws. He is a diabetic so I was very concerned about him bleeding. When I cleaned it up, you can tell that he was irritated by it. Very disappointed in the lack of attention and care that was administered by the groomer.

I just experienced the most stressful day because of this Petsmart. As far as custumer service goes its ok, i booked an appointment for my pooch a week ago by phone, i should have done it online, but turns out the incompetent employee who set up the appointment didnt schedule it correctly. I went from hyattsville to Greenbelt for nothing because the appointment i thought i scheduled was never set up, and there were no openings left for the day. Worst experience ever, i will never go to that petsmart again.

This review is relevant only to the groomers; the retail store and banefield animal hospital located within the same shop are adequate. The groomers pursue an extremely lazy policy of "shave every dog regardless of the requests or interests of the owners" and are extremely unprofessional in accepting this criticism, meeting complaints with rolled eyes. For the price, the level of service is absurd-- anyone could buy a $5 pair of clippers and shave a dog. Find somewhere else.

I cant speak for grooming customer service but I will say that the store is great and the service in the different sections have been very good to me and has answered all questions necessary. I got my first kitten and they helped and even bought my first fish from their and all is well.

I have been coming here for years. The grooming station is quick and friendly. Mike and Nick were always my go-tos. The selection of products are always stocked and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
