Its ok. We much prefer to go to the other major pet supply store in the area. The selection isnt terrible but I have left several times having not found what I was looking for. The last time I went in, several of the fish looked ill and they had several empty cages (where mice/hampsters/etc would be). I have never used the groomers here so I cant comment about that. I havent really have

Pet co on Jonestown is awesome. They are super friendly and helpful. Ginger, the manager is the nicest lady ever and you can tell she cares about animals. I got a hamster less than a month ago. Had a swollen toe when I got her home. Pet co footed the bill for a vet visit. My cage broke and they let me exchange it for a new one. This pet co is fabulous!!!

Their betta fish display looks horrible. There was a bunch of bettas that were dead and have been dead for a long time (stuff growing on the fish and the water was a funny color) When i brought it to an associates attention she gave me a dirty look. Another associate came to take care of it. My first time here and not at all a pleasant experience.

Really helpful employees here, Ive gotten 2 pets there as well: my chinchilla and my guinea pig and theyve been great. The staff once helped me order somethings that were not in stock that I was looking for and even helped me to get free shipping. Terrific place for pets!

I want all the animals! Did not have one associate ask me how I was or if I needed help. In fact, didnt even see one associate on the sales floor. P.s. you can rescue a critter cheaper just from Craigslist, than you can from buying from a pet store. Just saying.

Great service and prices. They only need to put a guarantee on marine life. Even though they are harder to care for, a guarantee would be nice for unexpected deaths.
