Sunday, March 29th, my cousin and her boyfriend were approached by a woman trying to find a home for a sick kitten who was missing an eye. She said she tried to take it to the clinic but they had turned her away because she was not going to keep the kitten. So my cousin and her boyfriend were going to keep it so they took it to the Petsmart clinic around 3:30 but they got turned away because there were two dogs being seen by the doctor but they closed at 5. The next day we took her back and they told us they did not have the supplies needed to help the kitten, which is strange coming from a veterinarian. Since it was memorial day we had to wait and take her to a different vet the next day. But unfortunately it was too late and it ended up passing away in her boyfriends arms. We were appalled by the lack of concern.

The manager is horrible in dealing with customers and training her staff. I bought 25 goldfish and 5 of them died before we even got home and the other 20 were dead within an hour and she had the nerve to laugh at me when I walked out after getting a refund on only 5!! I understand that you call them "feeder fish" but they should have lasted more than an hour!! And a refund within 24 hours after being told by 2 people on the staff that I could isnt that much to ask! $7.00 to keep a customer who shops there regularly for her 2 dogs? Not the way your company should be treating their customers! And then being told by the manager that Im not going to get what I want by corporate either because shes just going to have to call me back?!? You should rethink your management staff!

I was offended buy a saleswoman for a Pacific brand of dog food that did not work for PetSmart but yet work for the dog food company that she was representing my shepherd has diabetes and she explained to me that the food that the vet recommended that she could sell me a different type of much cheaper and like she went to vet school haha I did get a great discount from PetSmart and Im very happy with the staff there but they need to keep the other people out

Good selection but the prices are not that great and I had a problem with one of the employees he was rude and unfair towards me because I have a disability and one of my eyes has poor vision in it so sometimes I have to take a closer look at things and the employee mistaken that for me trying to change the price which I wasnt and I tried to explain but he wouldnt even give me a chance and so I left the store and was not happy

A little dark inside for my liking. The store seems very clean and finding help is never hard. There are always adoption events and a local rescue has cats in store for adoption. I only shop there for rabbit supplies, sometimes I find what I need but others it seems like theyre constantly low or out of stock. Bathrooms are usually clean.

we take our dogs to the grooming salon and they are so wonderful! I waited until the last minute to schedule an appointment for my 3 dogs and they did everything they could do to help me get them in for an appointment before I left town for the holidays. My dogs always look wonderful and are greatly taken care of! Thank you!

I have never had an issue with any of the staff here. Very knowledgeable and always willing to work with you to find the correct answer. Also the always open a second register when one gets busy. Also forgotten tails comes there every Saturday from 1100-1500 to adopt kittens and puppies.

The last time I was here there were no employees available to assist me with locating cat food and accesories. When I took my cat for grooming the dryer fell over and almost hit him. I did adopt my cat from the adoption program in the store, and he was the best cat ever.

Emily does a caring job with our Afghan Hound. We take her in at 7AM for her appointment; Emily takes her immediately, spends lots of time with her doing whatever is necessary. Since she is a flight risk, it is important to have someone who understands that.

Their employees choose which customers they want to help, i am a store manager of a local business and i would never let my customers get treated this way by any of my employees. Smh petsmart.....petco really is better for customer service!

Petsmart has a pretty good selection of pet supplies of all kinds. We have dogs, cats, goldfish, rabbits & a lizard. They have what we need for all of them! Not as cheap as walzmart but much better selection.
