Issue #1: Scheduled a grooming appointment with no problem. Call the day of appointment to confirm and they have no record of my appointment being scheduled. (Re)scheduled grooming for the following week. Issue #2: The (re)scheduled appointment was cancelled same day. I decided to find another groomer. Issue #3: I was told there was a great puppy playtime program at the same location. Since it was not a part of grooming services I figured why not? I called Sunday and was told playtime started at 2p. Showed up to Petco at 1:55 and puppy playtime was over. It started at 1p. I was told by the trainer to return the next week for playtime and that there would be another small dog so it would be great and to also bring my daughter. Which led to issue #4: showed up the following week before puppy playtime and the trainer from the week prior led me to the play area. So far so good. She then returns a few minutes later with another dog and owner to tell me that the other dog there was going to be too big to play with, but if I came back next week I would have another yorkie to play with. I wont be returning.

I love petco but this location is horrible. Always short staffed! On weekends! Really?? It takes me 15 minutes to get what I could in under 5 any other pet store. I didnt write this review previous times but I felt I have no choice now standing in the middle of the store not being helped and nobody around. Pathetic. I left telling the manager the issue who shrugged and couldnt have cared less. Head to petsmart a mile south down rt. 1. I know I always will now.

i am a regular customer. although they dont give the best info on reptiles they try there best and are super friendly. they even know my name and how many crickets i get once a week. my favorite people are geena. not to sure how to spell it and i think juan. also another man that i forgot his name. him and geena are friends. he wears glasses and has a couple tattoos. if you guys are reading this then hi. anyway they are fantastic.

I was totally ignored when I came in with my family, we were never greeted or asked if we needed help (which we did), when we finally found someone to assist us he misinformed us & told us we could buy 2 betta fish 1 being a baby & they could live together, the next day 1 fish killed the baby & when I called to ask about my refund the cashier said.she remembered me but couldnt do anything without a receipt...very disappointed!

Not much I asked for help with the pee pads , the young man said he was unsure and would send someone more fimular with the product. I waited 10 minutes after feeling like a fool I took what I thought I needed. I paid and left , I will never go back to this store, I have two dogs one cat a turtle and an axalotl , their are other stores who would appreciate my business its obvious not wanted only my money !!

I just stopped in this Petco for the first time today for cat food and litter. Its not much to look at from the outside but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Greeted me at the door, asked what I was looking for, took me to the litter aisle and loaded it into my cart. Then the same guy was around to load it in my car. Great service, despite that it appears closed from the road. Thanks Petco.

Walked to the last chance animal rescue center and the dogs looked sick and uncared for. The person inside wasnt even watching the dogs, there was poop and pee all over the floor. Very unsanitary. One of the boys was even chewing on his or her paws to the point you could see that they were bleeding. Something needs to be done not fair to the animals there move them to a shelter.

Not my favorite Petco or pet store to go to but not terrible. They have a decent selection of what you normally see at a Petco but the stock isnt very well maintained. I often find myself having to choose a second option because there isnt enough of the first option that I need. Staff is usually very friendly and always are good to remind you about your pals rewards.

This is a good pet store to stop in when you need something, or to give the puppy a nice trip. The employees are very friendly and helpful, they will take some time and help you or pet your dog more than other stores. The store itself doesnt always seem to have what I want. The grooming and dog training are good, though.

They have an overwhelming selection of dog food, which would be positive if it werent for the fact nobody helped me or even offered to help. A few employees were aware of my presence, but when they were in sight, they quickly flitted away, almost like they were avoiding me. Irritating.

Although the facility is dated and not as refreshing as many Petsmart stores, I have had decent experiences here and continue to bring my dog. I would recommend you at least give this place a try or two before taking your pet somewhere else.

Very well located. The building could use a renovation, other than that very well located with a very nice, helpful, and friendly staff. Excellent selection of pet products as well and lots of free parking

The groomers arent good to animals. One day I saw a puppy with large dogs in a play area and they tormented that puppy and the worker did not do anything. I cant stand to see what goes on in pet stores

The staff was really gracious and helpful about opening up a new product package to a product we returned that wasnt working to test it to make sure it worked. They went above and beyond.

This place has seen better days. If you are looking to adopt they always have pets in need of a home in their last chance kennel which is why I still go there.

This place is too expensive but they have a good variety of holistic food for cats so I go for that ... sometimes.

Typical PetCo location, has a range of toys, food, furniture etc needed for a pet. Also does grooming.

Well managed store, much cleaner than it was 10 years ago. Good store, now prefer it over PetSmart.
