Paramount Pawn & Jewelry is much more than just your ordinary pawn shop! You will be amazed by their eclectic assortment of neatly displayed merchandise from womans handbags, fishing equipment, jewelry including high end luxury and sports watches for both men and women not to mention an extensive firearms department that will make you smile! Almost instinctively when I walk into any place of business I observe how the staff responds to questions I might have or other customers around me, how clean their establishment is kept and so forth ... you might call it their pride of ownership. Essentially, like most other people Im asking myself "would I ever come back and do future business here"? I had the pleasure of doing business at Paramount recently where I bought and sold a few firearms. I was impressed beyond words how professional, courteous and most of all helpful and humorous Antonio and Summer were as was the rest of the staff. The customer service is amazing! As soon as I walked in I felt like I was not even in a pawn shop usually I go to cash America and feel insulted by waiting for ever for someone to even look at me. I decided to try paramount pawn and jewelry yesterday for the first time and I will never go anywhere els again. I brought little scraps of gold expecting to get 10-15 dollars and the nice young man named mike was very honest with me and need up giving me 120 and told me they dont just take gold they literally take everything. I will be paying them a visit soon with some of the old electronics my kids dont use anymore...... All in all I really recommend this pawnshop to anyone.

I have been going to Paramount Pawn & Jewelry since they opened. Its not your ordinary pawnshop--its more like a department store. It is the nicest, cleanest and most professionally operated pawnshop I have ever been in. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, and they have always given me top dollar for my merchandise. They also have a huge selection of jewelry, electronics and firearms at great prices.

I recently purchased a watch here, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. They dont have a huge selectionof items to choose from, what they do have is in great shape and pricey. The watch had a faulty pin, I took it back in and they are having it repaired now. I would recommend it however dont expect a lot to choose from.

I went through some tough times and had to pawn some of my belongings and the staff has a kind heart they gave me more than my stuff was worth to help me and I really appreciate them. They know what they are doing and I wouldnt go to any other pawn shop. I tell all my friends and family to go here. Thanks guys for all your help

Called. Guy was rude the whole time. Didnt answer any questions. Sketchy place, I dont recommend buying anything from there. Seems like a place where they would sell you something broken and then say "oh well, you broke it" and screw the customer. #outofbusinesssoonprobably

Way too overpriced and the staff doesnt stop their own conversations to greet the customer. I walked in with my wife, the security guard and the guy behind the counter didnt stop talking to welcome us to the store or ask if we need help. Totally unprofessional attitude.
