The reason I came to Precision Mitsubishi was because of the Google reviews. Im glad to say I wasnt disappointed! Chris Littlepage and Nick Heiden were true gentlemen and not your typical sleezy car salesmen. I dont like being sold over the phone and prefer texting at first. Some dealerships I have went to prior wouldnt text but only phone calls. This wasnt the case with Chris, thank God. He even responding to my texts on a Sunday evening, well after business hours! He made me feel very comfortable and sincerely wanted to help me not just get into my wallet. Everyone at the dealership was very nice from the guy that greeted me all the way to finance. I wasnt pressured into buying all the extras from finance that they always try to do. If youre thinking of buying a Mitsubishi or Mazda, go see Chris L. and Nick H. I guarantee you wont be disappointed!! Thanks guys, Ill be sending you some business. 6/10/16 Update Been very happy with my decision to purchase my vehicle from Precision Mitsubishi. Have been taking my car here since purchase and very happy with their service staff. Again they dont try to upsell you on things you dont need. I came in today for routine maintenance and a battery issue and guess what. They replaced the battery for free, even though Im real high on miles. I cant say enough about Anthony and Brian in the service department. Even if you dont drive a Mitsubishi or Mazda, you should take your car to get serviced here. Change of owner, so change of service place for me. New owner is all about greed. First thing I noticed was the service manager Brian was no longer there. When I went to the customer area I noticed they did away with the free cookies, water, and coffee. The thing that got me was all the service tech did was a battery check and they charged me $20 and acted like they did me a great favor and said they added a discount. Brian the old service manager wouldnt have charged me. Even the service tech that day said there wouldnt be a charge because nothing was wrong with my car. I went to the counter to get my keys and Chris said "well he did look at your car so I HAVE TO CHARGE YOU SOMETHING. My car wasnt starting with a lot of power so they came to the conclusion that leaving my phone charger plugged into the cigarette lighter was draining the juice from the battery and to unplug when the car is turned off. Chris was nice and offered to sell me a super duper $200+ battery yellow top, whatever that means. I loved this place because its hard to find honesty in the car repair industry, and the new ownership just destroyed what they had. I will not be going back.

Im not one to go out of my way to write a review about a business, however in this case I feel compelled to warn others about the risks at hand. I purchased my first vehicle in June 2013 from Precision Mazda & Mitsubishi. At the time I was an international student at the University of Tampa. The sales manager handled all of the paper work for me, including my vehicle title. When I was asked to sign the papers and etc I noticed that my name had been misspelled. As a foreigner to the United States I was very new to the system and put all of my trust in the sales manager. I pointed out to him that my name had been misspelled and that I wanted it to be changed. He insisted that the forms were a simple technicality and that a slight misspelling was no concern. I was ignorant enough to trust him.. Now, its 2016 and I am trying to sell my vehicle... but as you can imagine, some complications have now come to light thanks to the misspelled information. In light of this, I called Precision in hopes of getting this issue peacefully resolved. I spoke with the manager (Arthur) who told me that It was my problem and I could either pay to get this fixed by Precision or go to the DMV. As I work 8-6 Monday-Saturday going to the DMV is not an option. I explained to Arthur that I felt like I had been mislead and did not feel like it was my responsibility to fix their error. He became aggressive, dismissive and extremely unpleasant very quickly. If you have made it this far in the review, I urge you to be very careful with this company. Not only do they not care about their customers (at least the ones that owe them $0) but in the 6 months following my purchase of my 2011 Mazda 3 (40,000 miles ONLY) I began experiencing a number of issues which ended up costing me $3000+ Arthur, if you are reading, I urge you to learn some people skills and think long and hard about how to approach clients. I would also be more than happy to teach you about manners, since you clearly missed out on those in your younger years. All together- very disappointed in the level of customer service I was provided today.

On 10/11/14, I walked into Precision Mitsubishi and met with Chris Littlepage. I told Chris what I was looking for in the car as well as my concern for keeping my car payment within my monthly budget. Chris asked a few more questions and took me out to see their inventory. Funny enough the only thing I really didnt want was a white car. We walked up and down the row of 2014/2015 Outlander Sport models. I loved the SE trim with the upgraded sound system but the car was white. So we went to the back of the lot in search of the same model in any other color but we werent able to find one. Chris took me for a test drive and I was so impressed with the interior of the car and later the great deal on the price as well as the financing that I drove off in the white Outlander Sport SE. I was expecting a pushy car sales person that would play the usual games and I was greatly surprised to find an honest and sincere car sale representative. I laughed from beginning to end and even though I was signing on to new debt I was still smiling because they made my experience so enjoyable. The finance team followed up with me regarding my loan and made the financing portion a breeze. We had previously visited other local Mitsubishi dealerships but none as receptive and friendly as Precision Mitsubishi.This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and both experiences were great! Amazing Customer Service!!

I had been searching for this vehicle for over a month and there it was on their website! Trey, the internet salesperson, contacted me and was persistent the entire day. He promised to work diligently and he was true to his word. He worked with his colleagues, Richard, Alex and Andy, well into the evening until the deal was completed. They exemplified the best of courteousness, were easy to talk with, were friendly and just overall good people to interact with. These gentlemen waited well into the evening for me to arrive at their establishment. They had all of the paperwork ready as they had promised to alleviate unnecessary wait times. They were eager to ensure that my satisfaction was their first priority. I had been disgruntled and betrayed by a previous dealership and did not have much faith in the car buying process; but Mr. Bowen, Trey and his staff did everything possible to ensure that I could once again believe in the automobile selling industry. They made a dream come true for me in purchasing this vehicle. I will most definitely be making any and all future motor vehicle purchases at Tampa Mitsubishi.
