Please keep an open mind as you begin to read this review, it gets better I promise. I had bought a 2009 Mini Cooper S from Coughlin Hyundai in Heath, Ohio. They did everything they could to get me that vehicle. Sadly the vehicle didnt start after having it for barely a week, Coughlin worked on it and paid for all the expenses considering the circumstances. After having the vehicle back it had to go to the shop again for minor issues, again they took care of everything and helped me out a lot. After getting the vehicle back a second time, it ended up not starting again. Very flustered I called Joe at Coughlin and he helped me get the new Mazda that I am currently driving, no money out of pocket and is towing the Mini Cooper away from my house for free also. Overall very pleased with how they handled my situation, as awful as it was. They were outstanding and I understand that it was the vehicle that was bad, not them. Even though I bought a vehicle "as is" with no warranty whatsoever, Coughlin helped me get into a new car that I love with no hassle because they understood the situation.

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2015 Hyundai Elantra from Coughlin Hyundai. Shawn was very knowledgable, courteous and honest. I never felt for one second that I was being pressured in any way. In fact, the feeling was very much to the contrary. Shawn never put us on hold, never made us wait and was very respectful of our time -- throughout the entire process. Settling on a fair price took only a few minutes. Between the substantial Hyundai cash back incentive and an ample discount below invoice from the dealer (before incentives), we paid what I believe was very close to a used car price for a high quality brand new car. Shawn and the staff at Coughlin made the entire experience very easy and remarkably enjoyable. Ive bought several new vehicles over the years and this was hands down the easiest and best purchasing experience Ive ever had.

Like many people nowadays, my husband doesnt have the best credit, but Shawn Fosnaugh said "Come on down! If anyone can get you in a car, Susan can." We were leary and nervous but were pleasantly surprised! Susan showed us what cars would work for our credit and found us a BEAUTIFUL 2011 Nissan Altima! We couldnt be happier! We showed up at 6:00 pm and were out the door with a new vehicle by 8:00 pm! Didnt cost us our first born as a down payment and wont be struggling to make the monthly payments. I have already recommended Shawn, Susan, and the really great inventory at Coughlin Hyundai of Heath, to a friend and will continue to do so. Ill need a vehicle in a couple years and wont go anywhere else.

I had a great experience with Craig Brooks while working with him over the course of 2+ weeks to decide on a car. He made the process smooth and hassle free, and I finally decided on a 2016 Elantra. This car was originally at the Coughlin Nissan dealership a few miles down the road, and Craig was able to have it transferred to their dealership within a few hours of my call, so I could test drive it and buy it from him. I never once felt pressured to buy or do anything I was uncomfortable with. Craig made this purchase and experience fantastic from the first moment we walked in, until I drove off in my new car. Highly recommend both Craig and the Couglin Hyundai team in Heath!

Caleb Henningsen and Coughlin Hyundai made the dreaded car buying experience a pleasure. Caleb wasnt the typical stiff, bottom line salesman and didnt pressure me into a deal that I wasnt happy with. The staff at the dealership all worked to get me out the door quickly due to my time constraints and did so with a smile. Two days after I purchased my new Santa Fe, I brought it in to the service department to install optional "parts" that were purchased with the vehicle. It was easily the best experience Ive had with a automobile dealer service department. I highly recommend Hyundai vehicles and Coughlin Hyundai as the dealer of choice.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Coughlin Hyundai in Heath when we bought our 2014 Sonata. Chip Price was our sales associate and Joe Eippert was the finance associate. Both of them were great to work with and were very informative and we felt no pressure what so ever. They worked very hard to get us a deal we were comfortable with while upgrading us into a three year newer car. They also made sure we knew how everything operated in our new car before we drove off of the lot. We received a great deal, great customer service and would highly recommend this dealership to any one looking to purchase a vehicle.

I have been to Coughlin Hyundai twice now. I bought a 2010 Hyundai Sonata 3 years ago and loved it. I just up graded to a 2012 Sonata and love it even more. The staff at Coughlin Hyundia were very friendly and treated us as if we were family. Our salesman Shawn Fosnaugh made sure that we got exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. He made sure that we walked out the door extremely happy both times. If and when I go to get another vehicle there is no doubt that I will be returning to see Shawn at Coughlin Hyundai of Heath Ohio.

Shawn Fosnaugh did a tremendous job. He spoke to me via email several times prior to my coming in so that he was fully aware of what I wanted and what kind of deal I was looking for. Have since talked to others and find that many share the same sentiments about the dealership and despite the location being further from me, I actually intend to take the cars there for service after hearing lots of good things about that too. The only thing I would say is next time I hope the paperwork process takes less time. Thank you!

Great experience and would recommend to anyone. I shopped around for awhile trying to find the right trade with the number in my head of what I wanted for the trade. Coughlin Hyundai surprised me and I was shocked. Thinking to myself Im not going to get what I want this is a waste of time. I was completely wrong with that statement. I recommend talking to Brandice she was polite and professional and was not pushy at all. Thank you Coughlin for the great experience, I will be back.

I went to several dealerships around Newark and Heath and Coughlin Hyundai was the first that took what I was wanting and expanded. I was so happy that Shawn Fosnaugh was able to get me into a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and get me financed for reasonable payments a month. Being that Im a young student I dont have the best credit and they were able to get me a loan on my own so I can build up my credit and have a new car so I can feel safe and not worry about things breaking.

I had a early service appointment and my wife suddenly became ill and I had to take her to the ER at the time of my appointment and I called the Service Department at Coughlin and talked to Chris and he rescheduled me immediately and when I did get my car serviced later in the day, he asked me about my wife to show his concern. Most dealerships, especially in the Service Dept., dont even know your name. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.
