Liars and cheats. Bought my 350z from them and wish I didnt. They swore the car had original paint which was odd since the bumper was perfect with 35,000 miles on it. About a week after purchase I noticed a knick in the bumper, a week later I noticed the paint bubbling, 3 week in and the paint had started flaking off. I called and complained. They had me bring it by and said they would have it repainted. 4 hours later they said it was ready. Really quick turn around which made me question it. Upon pickup I noticed they painted it out back behind the building. I asked them what if it happens again. They told me just bring it back and we will make it right. A month later the exact same thing all over again. Except this time they wouldnt help at all and wouldnt return my calls. Horrible company with bad service. Just make sure you get something in writing about repairs if you buy from them.

One of my better car buying experiences. Scott Cannella was awesome! I communicated with him via email and text prior as I was not local and had a lot of questions. When I arrived he happily met me in the parking lot and answered the rest of my questions...cars are a big purchase, therefore I need to be thorough with everything. Yes, Car Collection sells high-end gently used cars. But please know they also sell quality and affordable off-lease, fleet, and individual-owner used cars. Plus, and this is the best part, buying a car from Car Collection is actually fun. High pressure and high stress is not their style. The gentlemen who worked with us, AJ and Angel, are knowledgeable, low-key, friendly, honest guys. The entire experience was great. We highly recommend visiting Car Collection when looking for your next vehicle.
