They tell you one thing on the phone ,then you get there its a different story, they try and put you in a car they think you should get and not what you want brad is rude and so is Dave the GM .He walks in dont even speak to the customers. The Brandon store is great I went there every one was nice Randy helped me I told him the car I wanted and how much I had down and he got me into the car I wanted, mind u its the same car the Tampa office said I needed more money down .....if you call the Tampa store to ask about a car they keep calling you until you come to the store ...#sad

I went in to get an appraisal to sell my Jeep ( which is worth over 18k) to see if they would be fair with an offer. They insulted me with an offer 8k less than what my Jeep is worth! Stay clear of these crooks! Worst experience ever, besides the last one I had at there Brandon location!

Ill be contacting the corporate office also the state attorney office its not right you guys to be lying to customers. I purchased a vehicle they show me a clean car fax the vehicle was also painted by the dealer also they bought the car at the auction....

Very disappointed they lied and said 0 down but when i went there they wanted $3.000 down on a 2008.they didnt even really try just let me walk rite out.i have a really great car payment history so u guess that means nothing to them thats their lose.

Not impressed. They show you a clean CarFax, yet the car was actually painted by them. Just really disappointed in the process. Three of the five stores are OUT OF BUSINESS. Wakeup people. Theres a reason. Typical used car lot. Thanks.
