Horrible place, Liars, and thieves, got better deal with my bank, than with these arrogant, undercover thieves, taking advantage of persons spending their hard eraned money, they will sell you a car, but at what price??? They dont make their pricing clear, and then they dont listen, because they know it all and you dont, I called and told them what I wanted, and how much I had, and they said it was perfect, "come in and dont forget your money for the down payment" had to answer absurd questions for the credit app, how many kids, how old, how long have my spouse and I dated and just ridiculus questions fir a credit app, and I dont even have bad credit, not perfect but, not horibble either, do not spend your time, and gas with these thiefs, or so called salesmen, they take advantage of hispanics because they are of the few dealers that will sell to them without a dl or social. Really the worst place and people I have eealt with. PLEASE BE WARE

I wish I never bought my car from this place. They sell you water damaged vehicles for practically retail price. I have water constantly pouring into my car. I advised them of the issue which is documented. They vacuumed out the water and said it was the ac and that they fixed it. The next day my car is full with water. Everytike I tell them about the issue they bring up an excuse to not deal with it. Also, there is a lady by the name of Soledad. She is the most horrible CSR rep. Not only is she rude but but she declines to hear client issues. I have asked to speak to the owner and I have yet to receive a response from him. Do not go to this place. I am trading in this car and will never deal with this dealer again.

First off I have to say that they gave me a chance when no other dealer would have. And I get it some of us have credit issues. But to sell me a car with a bad radiator which heated up the car. now I need a new radiator head gasket timing belt well and many other things at the tune of $1900 dollars, They wouldnt give me the car I wanted and just pawned off the biggest p.o.s on me just because thats the only car I can get approved for. I have 2 jobs I can afford the payments give me the car I want not what you need to get rid of because its taking up space for months on your lot. Im heading elsewhere for a new purchase they can have the car back, go pick it up at my mechanic shop. Eso si la manager esta riquisima.

BEWARE!!!! THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE VEHICLE BEING THERE AND TRIED TO SELL ME SOMETHING ELSE THAT WAS MORE MONEY AND I DROVE WITH MY FAMILY TO GET THIS TRUCK FROM SPRINGHILL. THEN LEFT THEM $300 TO HOLD IT. CAME BACK A WEEK LATER TO BUY IT AND THE PRICES ON THE INTERNET ARE NOT THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLES, THEY ARE ACTUALLY $3000 MORE!!! THEN WHEN I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO MAIL IT TO ME. VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE.....ALSO THEY WANT YOU TO MAKE BI-WEEKLY PARENTS FOR 2 MONTHS THAT ARE OUTRAGEOUS TO GIVE THEM MORE MONEY DOWN BEFORE YOU START YOUR TRUE PAMENTS....DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS. IM TELLING EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY.

As everyone knows car buying is for the birds the hassels the emotions all of it. I have had many cars and purchased many used cars from dealers and buy here pay here establishments never did i have such an easier time with the purchase of my new car today at any other dealer. Nelson and Jenny were amazing and worked it out to get me the car i wanted not what they wanted and at a price i wanted as well with less than perfect credit. They took advantage of me having bad credit they gave me a option after the fact of taking my money out of 3 not so great cars. I had to pay over 500$ less then a year in for parts it needed. SERVICE REPAIR LADY AND FINANCIAL SERVICES PEOPLE AREEE SOOO RUDE. NOT A FRIENDLY VIBE MORE LIKE A SHUT UP GIVE ME YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE... I shouldve listened to friends and went somewhere BUT I WAS THIRSTY FOR A CAR ASAP.They are liers and thiefs but may God bless there hearts anyways. DO NOT BUY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY A LOT!!!

They will say whatever it takes to get you into a car. The price is good on their vehicles. But their fiance dept is a joke!!!! They are rude, over charge, and down right nasty! I was told to "shut up and make a payment" and my payment was not due yet. No one speaks english and you get treated badly. You best bet is to drive right pass to the next car lot or spend a little more and purchase a car from a actual dealer..ford,honda..etc. Just dont waste your time here!!!!

My services was great here. I heard about car credit on tv . And I decided to drive by I first stop by the one on Hillsborough. Then I continue to look at a nothing location and that when I knew I was at the right place. I received the best customer service. With noel and jenny my services was so great I name my hummer n. J. I will recommend others to try. I drove 4hrs I came in to get the car and they made it happen thanks to everyone who made this happened.

So at first I was a little scared being this is my first time I will be financing a vehicle. Thank god for honest people other then trying to rip people off Mr. Nelson and Ms Jenny where amazing. Pues la verdad es que lo del mantenimiento gratis es verdad ,ocho horas para un cambio de aceite eso es de profesionales. Muy déspota la señorita que atiende en finanzas. Varias veces nos quejamos y nada pasó con ella.
