Funeral services for April 8th, 2016 were supposed to have the flowers there before the 3pm viewing started. At 3:05 I called as no flowers were at the funeral home. I should have known something was wrong because at 1pm (I have call logs) I received a call asking what was my order for they just wanted to "confirm". When I called at 3:05pm the young man who answered said the driver left 20 mins ago and should arrive shortly (I paid extra for delivery) I waited 45 mins and called again as no one arrived. This time the young man stated now that the driver had a flat tire (they didnt call me again I had to call them) he said I will call you back to let you know how much longer. I called 2 more times after and same thing now hes on the way, this funeral was for my baby brother and I didnt bother calling back as the services had started and I knew Id get more upset. In the middle of the service a man come to deliver the floral arrangements for the casket this is now 5:30pm. It took 2 1/2 hours when I informed them of the service time and the time of my order. Never did anyone apologize or anything at the time of a loss you pay so things can get taken care of you shouldnt have the burden of trying to find out whats going on especially when you have paid for a service to be on time. This was a very disappointing experience to say the least.
