This review is also on Yelp! with pictures.... First off, the good before the bad, the flowers arrived when I asked to have them delivered. And that is where the good ends. I ordered the “Arrive in Style – Premium” and was extremely disappointed when I saw them. The “As Shown” basic image on the website looked FAR fuller than the PREMIUM that was delivered to me. Not even a full 48 hours after the flowers arrived, they were already wilting and starting to look really bad. I always purchase flowers from HEB and they always last close to 2 weeks before they start to wilt and look bad. I called on Monday to express how upset I was. The woman I talked to never apologized or seemed one bit sympathetic (almost like this is a regular occurrence). She took my information and promised that the manager would call me. I called again on Tuesday because I had not received a phone call from the manager. Spoke to a different woman this time and I explained everything to her. Again this person did not seem one bit sympathetic and asked if I was somebody else who had called to complain the same day. I will never use this flower shop again and would highly discourage anybody else to use them. HEB is right up the road and I guarantee you will be happy with what you get from them.

Terrible service Flower Market!! You dont even get a star! Flowers were ordered using Teleflora a day before Valentines day with an extra fee to ensure they would be delivered on Valentines Day. Teleflora contracted Flower Market from Kingwood. The flowers were delivered damaged at the door on February 15th. a day after Valentines Day by a young boy. An adult was in the car waiting for the young boy. We repeatedly told the young man that it was a day late and he replied that he was sorry and if we could just sign for delivery. Very strange that he was sent to the door and not the adult. Teleflora was contacted, and they responded that the flowers delivered by Flower Market were delivered on the 14th. This was an absolute lie!! We also tried to contact Flower Market to complain of what occurred and they have not returned our calls. This is very poor customer service and shame on Teleflora for contracting a company such as this! On a good note, thank you Flower Market, we will never use Teleflora again!

I ordered the RING AROUND THE ROSES - Vase of Spray Roses for my wife on valentines day. It was delivered, but was nothing like what I ordered. My wife actually felt bad for me for spending just over $100 and receiving a bunch of quarter sized miniature roses and sparse arrangement. I ordered late (around 2pm) on valentines day, but still would have been nice to receive a call to change order if no "real" roses were left. Make whats delivered actually worth what was spent on it. If I had just stopped at Kroger and picked up flowers for $20 I would have gotten a beautiful bouquet. My wife actually suggested that would have been better. They get two stars not just for the bum order fulfilled, but since its a gift (and most bouquets are) it totally defeated its purpose. I learned my lesson the first time and I will not be trusting this florist again.

Horrible!!!! I called for a same day order, spoke with a lady and gave her the arrangement name, size & balloon that I wanted. I asked the lady to have the woman that makes the arrangement give me a call before if they werent able to provide the arrangement. I get a call back and I was told by Mandy that they didnt have the flowers for that arrangement. I then asked to please cancel my order. I was told to call "teleflora" to cancel the order because they coudlnt. I called teleflora and they said they couldnt cancel the order & flower market would have to do this. I call flower market AGAIN and they then tell me "Well have to make some calls and get it cancelled" I dont understand why they would charge $100+ on my card when they knew they didnt have the flowers. NEVER AGAIN!! And I better get my money back for a service that wasnt provided.

I got flowers for my birthday from my son on Thursday 8/26/2016 around 2;00 pm by 6;00 pm they were showing signs that they were wilting. I call and talk to someone there and they said they would get back with me the next morning. Well I did not hear from them so I called them back same story. By then they were dead and today they are in the trash to be picked up tomorrow all I can say is THANK YOU FLOWER MARKET for the WORST DAY OF MY LIFE.
