I forgot to order flowers for a function that I was responsible for the centerpieces. While searching for a local floral shop, I called Flowers by Monica and a live person answered! I was excited and begin to explain what I was looking for and when I needed it delivered. The person on the phone calmed me by letting me know, they were there to assist me. I was explained the process and surely enough, everything was followed to the tee. I paid over the phone, was sent a receipt by email and even received a picture of the arrangements via email as promised. Amazing....I would recommend this flower shop and will use them again. Customer service was one of a kind. Thanks so much.

This flower shop is wonderful! I ordered flowers last week and they were beautiful. The flowers were fresh and arranged in a glass vase. The customer service that I received from a young lady that answered the phone was the best! I have ordered more then one time from this shop an have been pleased everytime. The person receiving the flowers really enjoyed them an the smell was great. I would recommend this shop highly for anyone looking for flowers. Great shop!!!

Flowers were delivered ridiculously late. So late that the service they were for had been over for hours. Monicas Flowers blamed a funeral home for her failure to deliver flowers in a timely manner. Do not trust Monica Flowers!
