The reviews below about how terrible this location is, are 100% accurate. I live right across the street from this HEB location, i have now for 2 years and it is truly a burden to shop here. The parking and traffic to get in are terrible. The store itself is in deplorable condition, ESPECIALLY the bathrooms. The bathrooms are so broken down and gross. The lines here are always long and its always so crowded. They carry the bare minimum of products. For example You cant come here and buy kashi granola bars or anything organic or anything special. Very poor selection of all products. They dont even have the individual bags of the chips ahoy or crackers to put in the kids lunch. This store is also in a high crime area, and just 1 month ago an elderly womens purse was snatched from her in broad daylight in front of many witnesses. Thieves frequent this store, people are always stealing here. This is also the same location that you may have seen on the news where an old woman purposley ran her car through the front of the store and killed someone. The kinds of people that shop here are ones that are involved in crime, and alot of rude people with no morals. Its a totally different culture here in this area and i dont mean that in a good way. I only shop here if i really have to and i never come here at night. I dont know how to say this nicely but its a very ghetto store, very raggedy and so are the people who shop here. I also had a red box dvd in my shopping basket 4 days ago and someone stole it from my basket while i was shopping at some point when i wasnt looking. So like i said people are just waiting to steal here.

My husband works for this company, myself I love shopping at Heb I like the reasonable prices but not until I find out what type of managers really hold at this "so call family friendly" place. There is an overnight manager name Tony would constanly mess with my husband about his work and he has not ever had this problem only with this guy here. I know my husband didnt want me to make a big deal but as his wife I am because not only is he cutting his work hours he is messing with our familys money instead of helping us he just doesnt give a damn I personally think. I can not work much do to medical reasons, my husband has complain about him but nothing much was done like what the heck he gets payed $12hr and they have him work one day then the next week no days of work what type of crap is that it is bull they mess with his hours and I sure and hell know there is plenty to give out. Howard Edward butt company is supposed to be helpful place that works with their employees and everything but with people like this tony guy no..... Thank you to the lord he has provided my beloved husband with a great job and works 6 days a week with understanding people and good manager, since I am not able to work. I am just upset at this company for not working with a good employee because of this manager Tony . people like that really give good known companies a bad name an as customer also makes me think how they really treat people that are outsiders instead of being united as one in a company it is more different than that with this pacific place especially overnight.

Es un exelente supermercado siempre tienen buenas promociones y ofertas. El área de la carnicería es extensa y variada y sobre todo limpia, al igual que el área de las frutas y vegetales. Me encanta las ofertas de comprar algún articulo y otro te sale gratis. Si estas buscando productos marca Goya aquí los encuentran. Los cajeros son muy amables y tienen personal para empacar las compras.

This is the worse HEB I have ever been to. Its sad that none of the Managers or associates in blue shirts help out. The lines are long and move at a snails pace. And the cashiers are so unfriendly,,probably because they are so over worked. I needed to fuel up my car and the attendant had her back to me and I must have stood there about a good 5 minutes until I finally opened the drawer and put my money in, without her knowing. Then she was trying to communicate with me by using hand signals. I guess her intercom wasnt working,,,but then again Sulema, was on her phone,,,,the worse customer service. Ill never come back.

Seems like they start closing hours before the actual closing time. I went there 2 hours before they close, and bought a salad, but they had already put away the forks so you dont get a fork with your salad. And the best part, they barricaded the emergency exit (also 2 hours before closing time). I really hope some safety inspector addresses that problem. Not only is it a hassle to find your way in and out, but it makes me wonder what other safety and health rules are disregarded. Just to clarify - the doors were literally barricaded. As if they are expecting to be besieged or something. Unbelievable.

Wow these reviews are all over the place. How can you hate a store so much. The store is crowed because people like to shop there. I have all ways found what I wanted and the store brands are the best. The quality of the store brands is unbelievably good. The produce dept is subject to change on a daily basis. They try to sell to the best fruits and vegies but things go bad and the produce manager needs to keep on his dept but over all I like the store and its Employees.

The Asian woman at the sushi bar that makes the dumplings and rolls was a rude racist. She frowned and stared at my kids the moment they approached the food. Before I could even finish my question she said no with a rude expression. Ive been purchasing those dumplings at several HEBs for years and no one has ever had such a hateful expression as she did towards me when I ask for more sauce. Ill never shop at this HEB again.

Produce - terrible produce employees never bother to help me find what was I looking for Bakery- gave me the wrong cake it said it was vanilla and end up being chocolate (allergic to Chocolate) Deli-never attended me even though there were looking at me they decide to continue talk rather than to help me and to finish it up the cashier had problems with the register for my opinion wrost HEB in Houston

Decent selection but long lines at check out. There are never enough cashiers regardless of the time of day. 3 pm on a Wednesday = 4 cashiers. 6 pm on a sunday (the busiest time of day and busiest shopping day of the week) = 5 cashiers. Their deli section also stocks a meat labeled Fud. i suppose it is technically meat, and technically edible. I have been to many better HEBs than this one.

This is the worst heb Ive ever been to. I wouldnt recommend it to any one. Customer service is horrible. The lines are always long. They answer the phone and hang up in your face. The produce dept is full of gnats. The bakery takes for ever to acknowledge you. The business center have the two slowest workers it will take you 30 min to pay your light bill. The grocery shelve are always empty.
