I and my daughter really liked this BJs (we used our free 60 day pass.) We have shopped Costco for 20 years; we go for the dry goods, meat and fresh veggies. BJs is closer to our home. I was a bit turned off by the outside parking lot which has people loitering and looking threatening.; but inside, it was very friendly and the customer service was fast and helpful. The store has a similar layout to super walmart, which I dont like; It feels as if you are walking for hours. I loved all the snack foods which come in the smaller sizes than Costco brands. The better meats like salmon and filet mignon are a bit disappointing because there is too great a quantity displayed and they become dry and brown. The hamburger and chicken looked nice. Most of the vegetables were very nice and decent priced. I am considering switching to BJs if this quality continues.

Zero stars but Im forced to give one. No joke, every single time I ask for a coupon book from the ladies behind the "customer service" counter I get an attitude or they make me wait while they finish their non-work related conversations with each other. What a little power will do to these people. I just got done complainig to the manager as another ridiculous encounter occurred and hes the same as them. Unapologetic and doesnt understand how to make a very frequent customer happy. I spend a lot of money here and I politely ask for a book, I expect it with a smile and not a disgusting attitude. Ruins the experience every time. Need to take a lesson from Publix in customer service and maybe hire some higher class people. Highly considering switching membership to Costco.

I have been living in Hollywood for 6 years and I am a frequent shopper here, but the greeters at the entrance as well as when you are leaving are horrible..... They are suppose to be the ones that make you feel excited to come back but after standing in line waiting to get in the store because there is only one person at the door, then waiting in the long lines to check out because there is only 3 cashiers and the lines are half way back to the cereal isles and then to top it off the person standing at the door to check the receipts acts like he doesnt know to count the items in the basket and confirm it on the receipt, it seems like he is trying to verify the items in the basket with the items on the receipt, .....Please take care of these issues

If I can given zero star. I will do. I need to buy a printer but no have the item ready for sales.I check on them website they show up available on this store. I asked for help from staff and I waiting 30-40 min.They cannot find it and bring someone to me Mr. Chad . He may be the manager. He used rudely language with me. He said websites maybe wrong and not sure have the item at his store. And He requires my name and cell phone number and will be back in 20 min I still waiting more 40 min. No Chad . Nothing from him. He disrespects to me This is solution from BJ Hollywood I spend time for Unprofessional Service . I spend $50 per year for rude stuff. Skip this store.No thank

We took a number at the deli as soon as we got to the store. There was only one person (deli number) ahead of us. 20 min later I was done grabbing everything I needed off the shelves and went back to check on my spouse at the deli. Still waiting. 5 minutes after that, our number is called and we give our order. 5 minutes after, no one is cutting our stuff and the number after us is called. I notified the counter that I might have been skipped and got snapped at. After 30 min and a scolding I left (minus my lunch meat). Slow and rude, no thanks.

I have been shopping at this BJs over a year now, and I think its a great place where you can save money and get healthy food too (of course, there are unhealthy options, it depends what you are looking for)! They also carry Non-GMO and organic items. And things for the house, baby, electronics - you name it! I used to go to shop for work breakfasts and luncheons for 75 people, so I can call myself an experienced BJs shopper. Customer service is nice and helpful. They also have Kosher Dunkin Donuts inside now.

I cant understand how a company as big as BJs cant hire proper employees or at less teach their associates to give good customer service. This hasnt be the first time that I have left with an unsatisfactory experience. Because of their weak communication skills and inability to take the right approach to the situation, it has end up with two customers almost getting in to a physical fight. This is unacceptable for a company of its type. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

I went to this Bjs today to buy Christmas gifts , I had an issue with an article and I was lucky enough to get The two Marias to help , Maria R manager was attentive , caring , professional and extremely helpful , also Maria V that works is customer service did a great job ,taking care of an receipt , This Store is always well stocked , organized and clean . Thank you Marias for making shopping at Bjs a pleasant experience .

Is it really necessary for the harassment at the exit after check out? Its not hard to count the items on my receipt and verify the items in my cart. Try hiring people with a little common sense.
