I would like to aknowledge a couple of people at this store that have gone above and beyond. I am a member of a group and every month we have a celebration and I useally pick up a half sheet cake just from the case. This month the celebrant wanted a special cake(White w/Strawberry filling) They did not have any so the Gentleman (I didnot get his name) who just started at this store offered to make one up and decorate it for me. 15 minutes later it was done and looked GREAT. In a coincedance Just as he finished,with my cake, My friend called me and said that he had ordered one the day before. I took that one(which was also Beautiful) and they were more than happy to take the one that he had just made back. When I was checking out I told the Woman (Georgia) who was helping me that the guys in the bakery went above and beyond and she should tell her manager she told me I should go online and write a review. Whoever sees this needs to know that I have always had agreat experiance with the people in the bakery Managers also need to know that Georgia was very pleasant and professional and helpful. Thank you all for making my trip to BJs a easy, fun and memorable one Andrew

99% of the time this store is awesome especially the blonde lady that works at check out, hate it cant remember her name. But want it known that she is always watching only time I wait is when its the time of the month for food stamps that place is crazy and the ppl are rude to not only the employees but to customers too. I have learned not to shop then thats to the lady that cares. And by the way I wish I could afford steaks, ice cream, sodas and all the junk food that can be bought with food stamps. That should be stopped they should have to budget like I do, didnt see any using coupons or anything must be nice. Our tax dollars at work feeding 10 kids per 1 mother was told more money per child that should be stopped to. Just saying Life Of Welfare Must Be Nice

Am very disappointed the service of the optical department. I purchased two pair of glasses and had to return the sunglasses as they did not coat them. I then received them back but they were the wrong prescription. I have been at the store three times since with a promise of a call back but never received one It has been three weeks and still waiting. At least a message would of been acceptable but this is the last time I will use the optical department. Just another point of information their phone has been ringing with no answer for the past 20 minutes.

Extremely long lines. On Sundays they never have the items I want. They run out of bread every week. Youd think theyd learn how to stock correctly. The bathrooms are almost always filthy and one urinal has been out of order for months. I would not recommend this place to anyone with short patience. If you hate crowds and lines stay far away. I also cant figure out how this place has a 3.9 rating as of the time Im writing this. I see some pretty bad reviews.

I visited this store today and I was so appalled I had to write a review. Upon first entering the store I was already racially profiled. Although it is proper procedure for them to ask if you have your BJs card, the white couple that came in before and after were never asked to show their card, however I was. I didnt make a big deal of it because I already knew it was proper protocol.However the manager in customer service was also very rude.

Id say I liked it but never have enough lines open dont like using self check out its taking away from jobs for people. 2 weeks ago didnt have 5 coupons off my bill. They run them thru and if they dont ring up just let it slide thru. Went today had 7coupons that wouldnt go thru she said they are only able to put 3 thru by hand. Coupons have a # if they dont swipe they need to put the # thru by hand. Some coupons were 5.00 off.

FILTHY! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLY LONG LINES! My husband and I bought meats and cheese from the Deli. When we opened the cheese to make sandwiches the next morning, there was meat smeared all over the edges of the cheese. They didnt clean the slicer after the meat amd before the cheese! Furthermore, when my husband went there to tell them about it, they gave him a hard time!

Great BJS, easy to maneuver, Staff is extremely helpful. We changed from Oakwood to this one and have found it to be better for us and they also sell gas at a competitive price. Customer service is high and management is also very pleasant to deal with for returns or membership issues. We love getting our bonus checks twice a year too. Thanks BJS

Not renewing my membership. They have gotten way to expensive. They charge more and the quality has dropped below my standard. The deli is awful. The sliced meat I got twice from them looked like meat I would give my dog. Have not gotten deli meat there since, Very disappointing. I buy my meat at Walmart now, much better cut.

I love this store, however, I, for the first time wanted to try to get new glasses, what a shame, never thought I would have to wait 3 weeks and counting to get them back. never, never, never, never would do this again ever, the worst service in my 8 years of wearing glasses, bjs opt! Bad business.

Last couple of years never had issues. However, recently I saw BJ’s members/folks honking to pedestrian without any reason. No manners how to park their vehicles. Completely Rude, Dirty and messed up place. I am thinking moving to Costco.

Walked out of the store leaving $200 in items. Not enough open registers. Only a couple registers open and there were 7 customers deep. Ridiculous. There is no excuse for this. If I want to wait in ridiculous lines Ill shop at Walmart.

Wide selection of brands and products for an easy one stop shop. Friendly and welcoming staff, willing to assist with anything from price checks to lifting heavy items. My family drives out of our way just to shop here. Happy customer.

Person that checks the items before you leave the door stated that he only saw 8 items on the list and there were 9 items in my cart it was a little embarrassing but people do make mistakes and he did apologize.

its cool the thing is since theres so much people shopping there are such big lines and they dont put enough cashiers. sometimes they put like 3 cashiers and theres like 50 people or more in each line
