Hoy lo visite por primera vez me habían dicho que era muy buena opción igual no quede convencida , pero bueno para volver a visitarlos tendré q tener una membresía y no creo que pagare por una opción q no me convenció por completo

Ive enjoyed all of my experiences at BJs across the city, but at my first visit In this one, I had a girl that was serving Heineken Testers get smart with me over the lack of a please and thank you, which wouldve been given had she not had a nasty attitude to begin with and proceed to argue back and forth with me. Needless to say my first visit was awful thanks to a dimwit serving beer, and as a paid member Id expect them to have more professional personnel.

Lately the store quality is not great. The membership is more than the cost at Costco, the carts are all over the lot and not picked up often (Ill be in the store for over an hour, and find the carts in the same place). And maybe I have been going on their restock days, but theres been isles blocked by their carts. I used go more often, but since I havent seen them bettering the cart issue in the lot, I dont think Ill be renewing my membership next year.

Went to buy a Braun razor they had two coupons one for.$35.00 off and one for free 3 pack cleaning solution could find razor but solution spent 45 minutes trying to find it with employer asked to speak to manager roshorne she could not be bothered to come to front of Store when employer finally called her she told him it Is in cage Im rear she went and got it 1 hour wasted please hire a manager who cares

Okay place for shopping. Bulk buying, some deals- not as good as it used to be. Ive been a member for over 10 years and have seen the change in pricing to keep up with economy. Some packaging have diminished in sizing while pricing increases: example-Asian stir fry vegetables. It used to be a bigger package with ginger sauces inside of packaging, no more. Smaller bag no ginger sauce price increased.

Tire center is understaffed, dont bring your cars here. Was told about 2 hours and sitting here after 2 hours and my car wasnt even started yet. Mostly due to a manager deeming someone elses car more important than mine so they jumped ahead of mine. Because of that, they were not able to start my car before an appointment came in. All this with only 1 person doing all the work...

The store is great, but dont ask for a custom designed cake. They cant even get a picture straight on the cake; it looks like a 5 year old did it. When I asked the bakery attendant to please ask them to put the picture on straight, he replied, "I will try, but they never listen to me". Needless to say, it came out crooked...

They have a security system on sale in store for $319 but of course they are out of stock. Called customer service and they informed me that I can get it on line for $449. What a rip off. Only gave them one star because it would not allow me to give them 0

Gabriel was a gr8 help today as was the Guest Services staff....clean store, the testers/samples were out, deli meats cutbto perfection the lady their was super helpful overall love coming to this location. Self check out lines were moving along.

The company has gotten a bit pricey. Bakery does great with cookies and cakes. They are always fresh and taste amazing. Idk if they are under staff but Poultry seems to always be low on stock. Location is okay. Staff are nice and helpful.

Pretty good place, has organic food and grass fed beef. Service is ok.. Gas has high wait times on the weekend, so try going during the week day
