The coupons at BJs offers in a coupon book really makes a huge difference... sometimes saving $20- $30 in one shopping trip or more. The price of gas at the gas pump is a real Steal. However, the prices could be much lower if BJs would completely eliminate the Coupon Books. Theyre expensive to print, costly to manage, a waste of paper, and is very time consuming going through the coupon books. I think its more efficient just to Mark the sales prices on the shelves and let the customers go up and down the aisles much faster and see the sales at the item on the Shelf. So far it seems to be a good deal for joining as a member, but the prices could be better if they cut printing expenses.

Shelley the front "greeter" is disgraceful. Always a nasty attitude and definitely racist. Makes walking in the front door like pulling teeth. Its amazing it still has a job. The store staff suffers from many other ultra mega racist employees. If youre white you wont ever see it this way..unless you have an interracial family like I do. Employees tend to talk only to my white wife and keep conversation brief if I every try to add to the conversation as a black man. Also their salad is ALWAYS old ! They never were this bad but within the last year, produce quality of romane lettuce has greatly fallen.

I have been told before that i can come back with coupon and receipt to get discount if i didnt have ur during my visit. The lady in Customer service today refused to honor this and was very abrupt about it. I was never informed that i only had 7 days in which to do this, tbe store is quite a dtive for me and i dont go every week. I am considering taking my business back to Sams

Absolutely diobolical. This store looks like excrement and has terrible service. Their website said that they had a chair in stock. Then the staff when we couldnt find the chair said "I wouldnt trust the website". Then they looked and they didnt have it. So basically we wasted our time because the staff is so lazy that cant do their job right.

THE ARRANGEMENT OF ALWAYS HAVING TO WAIT TO GET IN THE GAS STATION MADE ME QUIT. The way the drive into the gas station is arranged you are waiting out on the street often. Its dangerous.

Love BJS ! Great value in the deli on roasted chickens and deli meats. Milk is cheaper and it has a wide variety of items. Take your own bags or they have huge ones there 3 for $5.
