I had a great experience with Werner Brothers in Dallastown PA. We had bought our first vehicle there a couple of years ago and decided to go back to see how they would treat us and it could not have been better. Dave Estep truly listened to everything I said. He was so easy to talk to and explained everything very well. I decided to stay with Werner Brothers and bought this car. When the day came to pick it up, Daves attention to detail was outstanding!!! I am so pleased with his ability to make purchasing this car a pleasure and I will definitely come back again. Thanks for the great customer service!!!

My wife and I were looking for a reliable family vehicle, particularly a mini van. We werent waiting long before we were warmly greeted by Bob. We were able to discuss minor defects that we would liked to have fixed without any grief. Very nice people that helped my family and I get exactly what we were looking for. If you are in the market for a vehicle and dont want to overpay for it I suggest you go to their dealership, you wont be disappointed.

Nice cars, but theyre overpriced. Check KBB or another source to confirm pricing. I checked it in front of them and when it was about $1000 overpriced, I asked them to lower it $700 to be fair. They said no and that they could easily sell the car for the overpriced price. I told them then that would be unfair to that person. They didnt really seem to care because it was a nice, well upkept car. Just do your research before you buy.

I had a terrible experience with this company. Ive only on the vehicle I bought from the company for year and in that time the transmission is needed to be replaced the main computer system, the four wheel drive never worked in the truck and a number of other problems over the first year it cost $4600 in repairs none of which Ed Warner or the staff was willing to help with. I would not recommend this company to anyone
