Went to Pine Manor Auto to look at a Saab 9-3 convertible this weekend, and wound up walking out with the car! Don was extremely friendly and accommodating, he set us up with a test drive and worked out a trade in value for my car quickly. We went to Pine Manor because the Saab I bought was listed at a great price, and didnt know what to expect when we got there, but I wouldnt hesitate to go back again. Don even offered to help with any trouble finding parts as Saab parts get increasingly hard to find. I honestly couldnt be any more satisfied!

I appreciated Donalds patience in understanding my needs in my next vehicle. He took the time to get to know me, I didnt feel ignored. I learned that he is also a veteran which made my experience there that much better. Donald and his staff treated me like family; family is important to me. My son and I bought a car in December from Pine Manor. We were told the car was in "cherry" condition and that 4 new tires were put on the car. In just 2 months, we have had $4,000 in repair bills which included 4 NEW TIRES!!! The Service Advisor at AutoHaus would not even let his mechanic test drive the car after he installed a new water pump because the tires were not the proper size and it was dangerous to drive the car in that condition. We were deceived and lied to by the owner, Don.

Great car buying experience with a fast and professional closing. We traded in a 2001 Chevy Tahoe LT for a 2009 Audi A6 3.0T. This dealership gave us nearly twice the amount on our trade-in that another dealership had offered us. And the selling price of the vehicle we purchased was very reasonable given the age and miles. We highly recommend this dealership!

Great service, gave me a fair trade for my previous vehicle towards a used truck that was in excellent condition for its age. Sure the truck needed a new battery, starter, and a tune-up, but I expected that and now I have a truck thats proving to be a reliable commute vehicle and wows all my friends because its in such great shape.

The salesman there was rude and did not answer any our questions. He acted like it was our fault that we didnt have the information ahead of time and grumbled when he had to look it up. If you want to buy a car dont go here.
