Called to see if a jeep was available and they said it was. I asked to leave a credit card deposit of $500.00 to hold it until I drove there from Philadelphia PA, and they said dont worry about it. We drove to Mechanicsburg to pick up the person we were buying the car for and called to let them know we were coming.....they said someone is looking at it right now!!! I asked if they would let us have first look and they said they would call me back in 10 minutes. An hour later, still no call. I guess they just want the deal, and no relationship with a customer. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Was interested in a truck. Went one weekend to check it out for them to say someone had a down payment on it. it was still on the site a week later so I asked if it was available again. They said yes to make an appointment to check it out.. made an appointment an hour ahead of time. Get up there to check it out. Was told to wait for the sales person that I made the appointment with, to get back to talk to me about the truck. Just for the other sales person to take the customer that came in behind me, just to sell it straight them and tell me sorry its sold right there!
