I would never buy from this place again. Claims to help people with bad credit and repos. Yeah they can get you in a car , but if your credits bad they add 2 to 5 thousand dollars to the price of the car you buy. They lied to me saying my payments would be 375 without gap and 400 with it. After reading my contract a couple weeks later a realized I didnt have gap but payments were 400. My fault I shouldve read carefully but they lied. Also lied to me about the down payments. I was told it would be 2k 1500 at the time and 500 deferred. After test driving the car they said oh sorry it was a misunderstanding its 2000 down with 500 defered. Two weeks later the car started acting up and I called just to get no help at all. They said oh we only cover engine and transmission in the 30 day warranty. If you decide to go here just have time to spare so you can read everything carefully. And if it sounds funny walk away no matter how much you need or like the car. A bunch of black people scamming their own people for their white bosses. I thought it was black owned when I got there and I was there after closing and white men came in they said thats their boss.

WASNT SURE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN WHEN I GOT TO PATRIOT MOTORS, JUST KNOW THAT I WALKED OUT WITH MORE THEN I EXCEPTED. THE WHOLE TEAM AT THE DEALERSHIP IS WONDERFUL AND GAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WALKED IN AND TOLD THEM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND HOW MUCH I WAS WORKING WITH, AND LIKE I SAID I WALKED OUT WITH MORE THEN I EXCEPTED. I WAS APPROVED FOR A BEAUTIFUL TRUCK, THAT RUNS GREAT AND IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. SHELLEY THAT WORKS IN FINANCE IS AMAZING, SHE DEFINITELY HAS AWAY WITH NUMBERS! THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO SPEND ALL DAY AT THIS DEALERSHIP, NOT EVEN THE CASE I WAS IN AND OUT IN A MATTER OF AN HOUR. CLEARLY AS LONG AS YOU GO IN AND KNOW WHAT YOU WANT AND HAVE EVERYTHING NEEDED YOU HAVE NO NEED TO SPEND ALL DAY. THEY WORK FAST AND PUT YOU IN WHAT FITS YOUR NEEDS. I WOULD REFER PATRIOT MOTORS TO ANYONE, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR CREDIT IS NOT SO GOOD, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!! THANKS GUYS

I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS from them about a week ago and I love it. They are awesome and I recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a pre-owned car. Deondre was the salesman that I dealt with and he was very helpful and not pushy at all....even when it took way longer than anticipated for my insurance check from my previous car accident, which I was using as a down payment, to come in. He just called me every few days if he did not hear from me to check in with me to ask when I was coming to get my car. I left only $250 of the $500 holding fee they asked for because it was all I could afford at the time. In all it took about three weeks for my insurance check to arrive and when it came I called Deondre and he had my car ready for me. All the salesmen I interacted with were friendly and they all seem to work together.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. Everyone was nice when I bought the car. But then when my car WOULD NOT pass PA inspection because ALL 4 TIRES were plugged and bald they refused to help at all. Shelly was an absolute nightmare. They didnt even offer to pay for anything(not even half of the price for the new tires) even though we had a contract. If you do buy a car here and anything happens...just a heads up they wont help you. ALSO I got temp tags they expired so I called and got another temp tag then THAT ONE EXPIRED, I called again because I had yet to receive my license plate. They told me my license plate was delivered(it wasnt). A WHOLE WEEK LATER after I purchased a new license plate(patriot autos refused to refund my money for my tag) they called and told me my plate was in. WHAT A JOKE. Absolutely awful experience.

Both Deondre and Roy sounded very unmotivated over the phone. I called on 24 June about the 06 Durango, which was priced at $7,895. I spoke with Roy the manager and offered $7,500, to which he refused. I purchased a carfax for this vehicle today, 25 June, which had some discrepancies, namely conflicting mileage reports. Also, Kelley Blue Book, Nada Guides and Carfax all value this car around $7,000. Patriot Autos also had this vehicle posted on CarGurus for a low of $6,895. At which Roy the manager suggested was a "mistake". When I offered $7,000 and explained why, he still refused. What a shame. Ive been searching for a Durango and was willing to pay cash, of course, contingent upon the test drive and independent inspection. Very disappointed.

Its a long story that I care not to go into on this site. But I got a 2008 Chevy impala in march n my engine went up in August 11,2016 as I was driving. Took my car up precision tune n was put on tha machine n it said, this car had previous engine problems n faulty sensor board. Meaning my car had no oil in it, n they did a oli change in April, the guy said I would had no way to have know when tha oil was getting low. It post to let me know, now I am out of a car n rude credit acceptance keeps calling me, for a payment. I would never ever recommend this place to no one, now I dont have a car n I am out of my hard earned income tax money never will I go off a friend word to go some where. No more mom n pops places.

I contacted Patriot Auto on a Saturday afternoon. I completed the finance application online. On Monday morning, I received a telephone call telling me that they had a lender to finance the car that I was I was interested in. I went to the dealer on Monday afternoon. The car was inspected on Tuesday afternoon. Since I live an hour from the dealer, they paid for an Uber to bring me back to the dealer to sign my finance papers and pick up my new car. I am very pleased with the dealer as a whole. I would return to them to purchase another car and would recommend them to.my family and friends.

Super chill experience. I wrecked my car so had no ride but Ryan came and picked me up for a test drive. He lives in PA, I live in middle river and the dealership is in Reisterstown. Not a trivial drive. I had my own loan at 3.5% but Ryan was able to get me an even better one at 2.9. I tested an Altima and a Mazda6. Both in excellent condition and at great prices. Walked out with the Mazda. They even offer after market warranties you can include in the loan. All around great experience.

I bought a 2006 Honda Odyssey from here back in August. It has been a great experience even though the van had some minor electrical issues. They fixed the van with no hassle or charge. The service department people were all very nice and competent. The sales department is Excellent. I got great financing with low monthly payments. I would suggest anyone looking for a quality used car to come here and purchase. You will not be disappointed.
