After searching for a vehicle online, I found a listing for the Source Auto Group. I contacted them to ask if the particular vehicle was available and they said yes, so I set up an appointment to come down for the next day. I called the salesman, Matthew, again the next morning to be sure the car was still there and specified how many miles were on the one I was interested in seeing. When I get to the dealership, the salesman hops in my car and tells me we have to go to their other lot to see the car, which is about 10 minutes away. We get to the other lot and I dont see the car I came to see. The salesman comes out with the keys to the same type of car, same model, but its a different color with 25,000 more miles on it and instead of a cloth interior it has leather, so I know its a different car. The car hes showing me looks scratched and dented all over and so I tell him this is not what I came to see. His reaction is "oh, whoops, we had two of this model of car I thought this was the one you meant." We then return to the original lot because the salesman adamantly assures me hes got something else to show me in my price range with low mileage. Upon arrival, he brings his manager out who tells me that for my price range he has nothing with low mileage and condescendingly asks me if "thats all I plan to spend on a car" with a chuckle. Dont make the same mistake I did, this place is a complete scam. Every car on their lot looks like it has been scratched and dented on most of the body panels. The cars all have bird poop all over them and the salespeople are rude and dishonest. Dont bother with this place. I guess I shouldve known from the pictures that this could be nothing other than your typical shady used car lot trying to rip you off and get you in the door with a listing of a nice car that isnt even in stock anymore.

About a month ago, I checked out Source Auto Group in search for my first car. I called a couple days in advance to see if I qualified for a car and if I was able to find out the prices for some of the cars since the price isnt available on their website. The guy I spoke with told me to just come to their location so we could talk. Once, I got there, it looked so unprofessional. People walking past in the office (assuming they work there) and completely ignoring me as if I am not even a potential customer. Finally a gentleman (with a facial expression suggesting that my presence was unwelcomed for whatever reason) decided to assist me in such a rude manner. I am assuming that he thought that I was 15 when I am actually 19 years old. Long story short, I wasted my time traveling to this location, as I did not even receive the prices for their cars nor was given formal, appropriate service.

Por favor no compren en este dealer los van estafar yo compre una cargo van solo la maneje por 10 dias y el carro se daño hoy ellos solo son mentiras no quieren hacerse responsables muy mala atencion al cliente no se puede confiar en ellos hay muchos hombres ahi que no son de palabra no me queda de otra que pagar abogado y peliar esto en la corte por favor tengan cuidado..Ive been robbed!!!
