They make good on their promise i brought a ps4 and a microphone to them with all intent to buy it back. My issue came with picking up the things that were not included in the deal. I had asked them when i brought the ps4 if they took games. They said no. I said fine ill be back to get it so is it ok if i just hold the games in the bag and if anything i can pick up the bag and the games. They said yes and i left. I come back unfortunately unable to buy back my ps4 (btw i dont agree with the extender fee not going towards paying off the item. But thats fine. I come back and im like i cant pay it off so im coming to pick up my bag with the ps4 games. And here is where the issue began. They kept saying no you cant keep your games over and over. And i was telling them im not here trying to steal what i sold you im only trying to reclaim what you said i could reclaim especially since you guys wouldnt give an offer for my games. So im there for like 20 minutes saying you said i would be able to get the bag and games back. You told me you wouldnt accept buying the games in the first place. When i was offering. So why are you trying to take something you didnt pay for. I eventually got my games back. And unfortunately i dont have my ps4 anymore which is fine. This was my first experience with a pawn shop and tbh its honestly my last. I read amazing reviews but them trying to take something that was never part of the deal from me was unforgivable in my eyes.

Perfect pawn has the perfect name to describe the service you get you never feel undersold your pleased with the amount of cash in your hand for tour merchandise and their words are grand a honest pawn shop "We buy anything BUT Garbage PERFECT PAWN" ALWAYS PAID MORE MONEY FOR ITEMS THAT IVE PAWNED TO OTHER PAWN SHOPS IN THE PAST BY AT LEAST 10%. True story went to sale some tools and walked out with cash for my tool and a electric drill for free now where do they give something free at a pawn shop thats out to make a profit. I give them 5 plus stars; Ive. always been satisfied with their service and everyone that Ive sent there was Happy with there service.

Honestly 1 day I was in dyer need of assistance ,came upon some troubling time and was @ a loss and pretty much about to pull my wig out....So,I was pretty much stumbling and tripping amongst myself so I popped in my ph & they came up and ever since then ice been dealing w/them n wnt go newhere else...Very nice almost professional ...lol...jk...but all joking aside theyre pretty great ask for Geoff

In todays world its often more important to deal with people rather than business perfect pawnshop of Newark New Jersey is just that company. Harris the manager very friendly Gary his employee an awesome person to work with their very fair the interest rates dont get any better That understand good people fall on hard times and they treat you with respect and work with you. I arrived at closing time to pawn my PS4 and there was two gentlemen present they informed me that they were closed but they would still be glad to assist me I believe the gentleman that assisted me name is Gary. The service was very quick and they both were very nice and respectful. Perfect pawn definitely earned they self a new loyal customer.
