I came to Buy N Sell World solely based on a friends referral. However, I wish he never told me about this store. The Manager/Owner "Ed" is two-face as he does not honor is word. He sold me an old lenses to an old Vivitar lens for my Canon T3i. Ed had mention that I just needed to get a lens adaptor but if I had any trouble find it then I can just return the lens. I had purchased two different lens adaptors and neither has worked. As a result, I went back to "Buy N Sell World" twice with in a mouth to see if I can get my money back. (The fist was about 2.5 week after the original sale. The last time was about three day before the 30th day up.) Anyway, the day my adapter was mail in I came in to complain. Now, Ed started to speaking from both end of his mouth. He only offer me half of what I paid for the item as store credit. Where is the value here? That was a win-win for them and a loss-loss for myself...SHAKING MY HEAD! He is response was to go to a camera store in Brick, NJ, which is over an hour away, to find this adapter. After going to a real camera their expert told to the lens is no good. The aperture is burnout and the glass is foggy. They recommend that I should just cut my lost because the lens is not good anymore. I life you win some an you loss some. As of the moment still no refund and I am still not please with their service. Would I recommend this store to anyone? HELL NO unless you dont mind two-faced liars.

The first impression I got from this store was very impressed. Ive never seen a pawn shop look that organized and just looked extremely presentable. The staff makes it easy for you to shop they are very welcoming and comforting and dont pressure you to buy. I have to warn you though you will not walk in and out of this store without buying something. They have way to many great products and the prices are extremely fair. Not to mention how many different items they have from hobby items like rc cars and drones to high end jewellery. I love the selection of items they have and the store looks very nice you should have a look for yourself

I dont like the store much. The pay out they offer is very low. The services and goods they offer tend to be over priced. Im pretty sure they gave my friend $20 for a radio that they were selling for $110. Understood they need to make $ but, thats just a rip off to the customer. However, this store is fairly new. Maybe the guys are just new to this game and will learn more about pricing as they go along. For now I wont be selling any items there tho.

They offered an insulting price for my PlayStation 4. Even GameStop, who is notorious for offering low prices for used consoles offered more. And not to mention the big sign outside the store says, "We buy computers" yet they wouldnt take my desktop. They seemed blown out the water when I said the price I wanted. Learn how much tech is worth before you buy and sell it, idiots.

HORRIBLE customer service. I was ignored when I walked in and they continued talking when they saw me. When a customer walks in you should attend to them right away. I sold my keyboard for $15 which is fine but he threw the money at me and immediately got on the phone. And i was ummmm ok I guess were good then?? And walked out.

Walked in to sell some good jewelry and was ignored and the guy behind the counter wouldnt even look at the jewelry before saying no. He even said they didnt buy a specific type of jewelry that they just so happened to have behind their counter. 49 minute drive for bullshit. Definitely will not be buying or selling here again.

This place is a joke the owner knows nothing about electronics that sells fake products such as his Gucci and Louis stuff, he gives you bare minimum prices on stuff you sell or trade, people dont listen to his advertising and waste your time driving from all over his store is out dated and over priced!

This place is awesome they have great inventory, they give you fair prices for your unwanted electronics! I definitely recommend going there first to see what they have in Stock before any other chain store like best buy and so on!!!
