Pawn shops are not the ideal place to be but when youre in desperate need of some quick cash, I cant think of a better place to go when you need the help you need. When going to one, its never a pleasant experience; youre either loaning or selling something you really dont want to. But, going to the Montclair Perfect Pawn and working with John has always been a pleasant one. Hes not only fair but also understands where youre coming from and what your needs are. Its easy for him to explain the price and why the price he gives is fair. You basically walk out knowing you didnt somehow get screwed which only brings more and more customers back. John is my reason to continue to come back...which is pretty frequently.

Best place to go! I have done business there several times and every time I am dealt with in a very courteous manner. Jon is clear and thorough when explaining the process. He is very helpful and makes me feel like a valued customer. I like to go there because I receive a better deal than other shops. And if I have any trouble, I can rely on this shop to work with me and solve it together. This place has secured my loyalty due to great deals, thorough explanations, and a kind, understanding environment. I would recommend it to anyone.

Mike was absolutely amazing. He helped me so so much. I needed the money to pay for school and he did everything he could to get me to the amount I needed. Very friendly, and a good atmosphere. Ive been to other pawn shops before and I have felt very uncomfortable, I felt comfortable here. Five stars and I recommend if you are ever in need of going to a pawn shop this is a place to go. Mike definitely values his customers. Amazing customer service

Wow. These guys came through for me in a rough part of the month. The loan was great and the customer service even greater. My ticket expired on the weekend and they held my item until the next business day at no extra charge. The highest rate for a item out of all the loan shops. Will do Business again if needed. Cars running again and back to work thanks to Perfect Pawn.

There is absolutely nowhere else that Ill ever go. Turned the stereotypical "pawn shop" experience: completely on its head. Mike was warm, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly, fair.
