Just before Presidents day weekend my fridge started going out ,a fridge that I bought from Jetson about 10 years ago. I first went to Jetson on St Lucie west Blvd since I had great luck with Jetson in the past with several appliances and Home theaters. After speaking to a arrogant pushy salesman ever I could not get out of there fast enough !!! I was heading to Sears when I passed Jetson on US 1. I figured I would stop to see what they had. A salesman Brian helped me and showed me everything that would fit in my kitchen.It was a little more than I wanted to spend and told him I was going to shop around . He said lets look in the back to see if they had one that had been dented .. Sure enough there was one not the color I wanted but a very fair price. I told him I wold shop around and get back with him. The following day I went back and bought a Samsung bottom freezer and I bought another top freezer Frigidaire the same day. Brian was very professional not pushy so very happy with the two fridges I bought . The delivery guys were great very nice did a good job . Very happy with the Jetson on US 1

Would give them a negative star review if I could. Fools that we were, we disregarded my moms unpleasant experience with this company and bought from them. Could not find a stacking kit for the first washer/dryer we bought, Lowes had one. Offered us another set that we later found was no deal at all.Charged us for a vent kit that they did not install and had forced us to buy. Told us they would not install without this vent kit! When we tried to get a refund for the vent kit that was not installed, they ran for the hills and refused to return and answer phone calls. Charged us for delivery and would not change the direction the door opened!! Husband did it in no time after he found the tools. Lowes delivered up North and did not charge for delivery and changed the door for no cost. At the rate they are going, jetsons will soon be out of business!! Horrible, horrible company to do business with.

I bought my 82 yr old mother a TV here. After 2 months, she started having problems, she called the Stuart store and was told to bring the TV in so they could look at it. An 82 year old, carrying a 27 inch TV? She told them this, and was treated rudely. She called me and was quite upset. I called and talked to the manager. He was VERY rude and cursed at me. I made a visit to the store to confront him, he changed his tune, however, we ended up having to ship the TV to Texas to be replaced. No TV for over 2 weeks. The extended in-home repair warranty they sold my mother was absolutely WORTHLESS, as well as the entire staff and management at Jetson. We will NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE EVER!!

Weve lived in PSL for over 20 years and our whole family has made several purchases from them over the years. Theyre a pleasure to do business with you and go the extra mile to make you happy. Just recently after purchasing a dishwasher during the energy rebate, we found out the model we purchased had been removed from the governments list after the purchase was made. Jetsons is such a stand up company, that they made good on the rebate themselves. I will continue to buy from them because they value their customers.

The staff there was very nice and helpful.I purchased a frigidaire professional range slide in.after install only the clock would work.Tech came out next day unplugged and said nothing wrong.I have had this range two months and 1 week i have had to unplug it two more times for a error message F11 on display.now I have a another error message of 5F that will not reset and another tech is coming out.i would not recommend this range to anyone.after all the trouble jetsons wants to repair instead of replace a lemon.

Have bought many items from the Port St Lucie store on us 1 over the years and would never go anywhere else for appliances or Tvs. The salespeople in the store have always been well informed and made sure we always got the best bang for the buck with all the latest technology. The delivery guys are great also, they even called when the said they would! I always recommend my friends and family to Jetson Appliance and TV on us 1.

Local business recommended by friends. Priced others and these guys (Brian) gave me the best deal. Delivery and installation without a hitch. Fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Special circumstances buying home Brian helped us make it work. Just went back and bought a dryer. Love these guys. Owner is a Vietnam vet. Dont forget to thank him for serving!

Very friendly sales guy, a new face "Ronnie", he was very pleasant to deal with. Weve been to all appliance stores in town all the way up the treasure coast and really just found that this outlet store genuinely wanted to give us the best deal altogether. I dont normally review anything but I happily give Jetsons outlet and "Ronnie" two thumbs up!
