My girlfriend and I just moved into a new apartment in hollywood fl. We wanted to get a good smart tv and i did my reasearch and i found an lg model 47lk520 looked around prices where about 999.99 to 1,100. But then i heard of this place from my in laws. Man as soon as called for prices i was in shock! This tv sold for about 800 but they said they had the newer model 47lk530 for like 749! I did my research again ,and this tv was beast. Web browser and better performing smart tv...then they had open box option and price was 599.99! i was in impressed! So i went, i asked about the open box offer and the sales man told me its same as new with full manufacture warranty...i decided to look at it and the tv was perfect! And just as a precaution added a 2yr extended warranty for $45 extra...i will only buy t.vs from here!

Most people shop primarily based on price! WHAT A MISTAKE! There is always problems with products sooner or later and LATER, you want service from people that care. Most environments like BrandSmart, Best Buy and others give you great value but "forget about you later". AAAA Universe specially their Service Staff are truly happy to be there, its always a pleasure to serve you it seems and the Manager Mr. Patel is exceptional. I bought a LG Vacuum some time ago and they helped me with my warranty and provided me with great suggestions on products when I needed. Thank you and patronize those WHO HELP YOU LATER and dont get fooled by PRICES ONLY. Remember: You get what you pay for or less...
