It seems like every time I come here I get disgusted. Im not sure why I keep giving so many chances but maybe its because I had some faith, but that was shot down after the last time I went. The poor cats have to deal with disgusting cages that smell TERRIBLE. I can be 20 feet away and still smell an absolute terrible odor from the cat cages. The cricket bags never have air in them, it is not hard to put more air in a bag every hour or two so your crickets do not die. It also does not take 3 employees to siphon out fish tanks, I was looking every where for someone to get me feeder mice, I go to the front register ask the lady to get someone for me and she said "they are in the fish department", instead of calling them over the intercom. I walk over there and three ladies are standing there, talking. I give each of them eye contact and EVERY single one of them avoided me. Your customer service is terrible and your store is disgusting. Not hard to tidy up for the animals and be friendly to customers!

A very friendly staff that always greets you at the door as you come in!!! Very good with our dogs when we bring them!!! 2 ladies and one guy that are very knowledgeable on products there!!! The ladies that groom our dogs are absolutely fantastic and do a great job!!!

The staff is always friendly and usually decently knowledgeable. The problem I have is that the animal cages are far too small. Especially the cats that are up for adoption. Youll find that with most chain pet stores, though.

Lots of selection, great sales on occasion, kind of pricey on everything. Staff is just fine, but the building is old and just kind of gives off a unclean vibe, walk in the place and youll understand.

Good selection, helpful employees, and decent prices. Plus they take Apple Pay / Android Pay. Not as big as the nearby PetSmart. Still prefer Teskes but they are typically pricier.

Got everything I need for all the hairballs living at home. They have a good selection and can get expensive but clerk helped find coupons for alot of stuff i was buying.

Not as organized and clean as it could be. Difficult to find someone to help you. If you have time, make the 10 minute trip to the Davenport store.
