I like that my dog can accompany me into the store and that usually the store is staffed well enough to facilitate a quick check-out process. I disliked ....asking for assistance from a manager in finding a sale item in a locked case. I requested "the sale item". A miscommunication occurred when she asked if I wanted a particular brand of item (which happened to be a non-sale item sitting beside the sale item). As I am unfamiliar with brand names of pet clippers, I assumed she named the brand that had a sale sign. You know what they say about assuming! The error created a long delay at check-out that required a trip back to the locked case with the manager, whereupon she denied any error on her part in a snippy manner. Upon return to the cash register, as I explained the situation (from my perspective) to my mother (who has Alzheimers), the manager again felt compelled to reinterat her lack of culpability in the situation. Turns out the clearance/sale item I requested was not in the case to begin with. A like-product on sale had been stolen and only an empty box remained.I ended up leaving with my 3rd choice, though the managers disposition left me wanting to leave without the item. The clippers worked well and I was pleased with their quality and price, but disappointed that the manager was unable to establish any mutual rapport around a incident of miscommunication.

I dont recommend shopping at this location with your pet. You will literally be followed around the store by male Petsmart employees attempting their best hard sell to get you to sign up for one of their various services : grooming, training, etc. I have never had this experience with the female employees who seem to be kept working the cash registers. When you call them on the hard sell they become extremely condescending. I have had this experience on my last three trips to this Petsmart. It might be convenient to have a one stop shop for all your pet needs but Amazon offers the same products, cheaper, and without the sleazy salesmen following you around the store.

You can find the better quality foods for your pet there, and some items that cannot be found in other places. I like that prescription food is right there and Banfield Pet Hospital is inside. The pet insurance is for preventative care but not for emergencies and illness. I really need more coupons for food as I have a few miles from my house to get there. The staff is friendly and helpful. Pet training classes for dogs is available and they have pets adoption days from different animal welfare organizations

Had our dog groomed. Usually a good service. Did a good job of grooming, but didnt call when he was done. After four hours, I called them. On the phone they said they tried to call our home phone. We were home. No call or message on our machine. When we got to the store, they claimed to have called my cell phone. Ive had my cell phone with me all day, fully charged. No call. Similar event happened to my daughter last week. Deciding on returning or not.

The new management at this location has really turned this store around. I was greeted when i walked in, and assisted immediately with my questions about their reptiles and small animals. The two younger girls in the pet department, Amy and Deena, really knew their stuff and were very helpful with the purchase of my new pet :)

Didnt have much merchandise in the store.I couldnt get item that I was going to purchase. Also the roof was leaking in many places. I almost slipped on the wet floor. I find this unacceptable. I will not visit this Store again.

Staff was very helpful. I was in an out because they did not have what I needed. The sales person helped me look and suggested an alternate option to get what I needed. I was able to get ny dogs newest toy the same day at another location!

Had my schnauzer groomed. It was one of the worst jobs he has ever had. He had several places where the razor left big bare spots and very uneven scissor work. He had places that was not trimmed. I will not take him back there.
