My son and his dog were turned down for their grooming appointment for being too late. When he arrived, they were helping another customer, so he had to wait 10 min to be served, which put him past the 15 min allotted grace time. After I called and explained that he was there in time, he was just waiting his turn, they told me to bring the dog back. I did that and when I got there was told that the security camera showed he arrived 12 min after his appt time, but that they did not know he was there (which is because they were helping someone else.) Then she proceeded to tell me that a) a 17 year old cannot bring in a pet for grooming, b) she was going to have to work past her shift to do the grooming, and c)if my dog was not behaving, Id be asked to pick her up. Give me a break, please! Ive been going there since they opened. Ill take her to a locally owned pet salon, where they care about their business and their customers.

Recently went in to get supplies for my newly adopted cat. Rami was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me so much information! Between proper nutrition information, the best toys, and the coupon packet, you can bet I will be coming back for all my pets needs! Great customer service and wonderful people. Thanks Rami!!!!

Petco is a great place to pick up supplies for your pets. The store is clean and orderly, and located in a nice strip. Only gripe is that employees should watch the animals more carefully--there were several dead fish in tanks.

Went to buy saltwater fish(snails, hermit crabs, and a starfish), Michael greeted me immediately, was very knowledgeable, and gave great customer service.
