I love this store. They are always friendly, they special order anything you need that they dont have. I can find grinds here for my ferret. The natural, high protein, zero grain options are amazing. I find the food prices for cat food and dog food very moderate, however this is the best place to get natural bones for dogs. They have every type of bone you can think of and my dogs love them all. The prices make it easier to buy multiple bones. I cant say enough good things about this store.

We use NPM regularly for our dog food and most of our pet supply needs. They have everything you could ever need, get to know their regulars, happy to give advice or tell you about the products, and if you need something they dont have, they will do what they can to get it for you! Always worth it to support local businesses that work hard for their customers, and NPM is one of them!

Amazing customer service! Their store feels very welcoming, its organized, and clean. My guniea pigs veterinarian recommended special vitamins and food for my pet that Petsmart and Petco didnt have or didnt have in stock. Plus for a small store they have so many options and better prices! I rather drive an extra 5-10 minutes to this cute little store.

Great place for informed pet owners who know what to and what not to give there pets. They carry grain-free products and healthy treats for pets. They also have a decent selection of toys and animal accessories. Only giving 4 stars because slightly higher prices than Petco. (I like it because its a "small buainess")

You might not get the selection of a big box store, but they make up for it in quality product and an amazing, knowledgeable staff. If they dont have it at this store, they will be glad to order it in from the larger store on Airline. Their customer service is top notch!

Love this place. Of course it feels good to shop local, but NPM makes the chain stores seem doomed. They always give me one on one help and they have a really high quality selection. Highly recommend you check it out if you care as much about your fur children as I do.

I travel from the City Park area to buy my dogs food and toys from NPM. From my first visit its been nothing but a pleasure to shop there. Kurt, the owner, has obviously set a high standard for a family/pet friendly shopping experience.

The store was stocked with quality merchandise that I had looked for in big box stores but didnt find. Also the staff were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had about dog nutrition.
