Needed new screen for my moto phone. Which is a junk phone. Flint area could not take care of me in such sort notice. This was on a friday. Phil said he could get me back to normal by sat. Offered me a samsung at a good price. I jumped on the offer. The battery was weak, Phil is replacing with new. I feel like I made a new friend. Thanks phone guy. Thats what the world use to be like, good customer service. I would 100% recommend the phone guy.

Very disappointed..I went around 10:15 to get my screen fixed and they were still closed when they were supposed to open so i went back at about 12 and they were open and I stood in there and no one came to the counter there was no one in sight and the place was dirty and smelt like smoke very badly dont even deserve one star.

If youre looking for an expert level technician that can fix anything for an excellent price, this is your guy. Super polite, fast, and he really knows his stuff! Hes repaired devices for me 4 times now, and I wont be going anywhere else. 6 out of 5 stars! Would definitely recommend!

This place is owned and run by my phone repair mentor... You wont find a better technician around that can do any repair you need to your phone or tablet. If I lived closer the dynamic duo (as we were referred to by the local cellular providers and customers) would be together again!
