Tyree went above and beyond and spent a couple hours with us tonight to get our family plan together checking different credits to get us the lowest down payment on all the phones we wanted, porting our numbers over from several carriers and just keeping the mood lighthearted. Hes an asset for sure to this location, amd I dont think well be going to anyone else for customer service. From start to finish this guy is the best!

AARON (currently in another Sprint store) is awesome just came in a few days ago w/a broken phone & got a free brand new replacement phone in 2 days although I broke the phone mistakenly by throwing it. I shouldve had to pay at least $150. My only complaint is that they didnt have the new EVO 3D in stock when i came in.

Beware of this place. Its not a sprint store, its a sprint "preferred retailer". That means that if you have a problem sprint wont have any responsibility. I was told I would be billed at a certain rate by the employees of this location that sprint has refused to honor.

Worst customer service! Walked in to buy a new phone. Employee helped me but then because i couldnt make up my mind on which phone i wanted, she walks away and helps another customer and completely ignores me. Never going back

Worthless store. Dont waste your time. They cant even do something as simple as activate a new phone. No SIM cards in stock. Staff couldnt care less about customer service.
