I made my first vist to this location in November around Thanksgiving to get phone screen fixed. I called the day before to check the price (which was okay) but I couldnt make it before they closed so I asked their hours for the next day, the lady told me 12:00 I told her I would be there . I arrived at that time on the dot because I was going out of town for Thanksgiving, THEY WERE AN HOUR LATE!!!!!!!! I was very frustrated because they acted as if nothing ever happened and I had some where to be. No apology, no discount...nothing. In fact, my boyfriend called after like 30 minutes and she says "Oh, we are not opening until 1:00pm today". EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE A BIG SIGN THAT SAYS OPEN AT 12!! However, they fixed my phone very fast once they got there and it looks brand new. But every since then my screen just blacks out or freezes up. So I took it back to this location and I tell her what happened she gets my phone takes off my NEW case, BREAKS IT, and acts like she didnt and when I say "did you break my case?" she ignored me. Brought my phone back shortly after and say "We usually charge $35 for this but we wont charge you today, all she had to do was plug it into the computer and reset it". It has gotten worse they didnt fix NOTHING I have to reset my phone 20 PLUS times a day it is so aggravating. It stops while I am using it, when I randomly pick it up, while I am listening to music, just ALL DAY LONG. It is so aggravating. I tried calling them again sometime in December and they said they would not be back until January 5th. I have just given up on them. I am so aggravated with their service I will never be back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! SERVICE JUST SUCKS PERIOD!!! It really must have me frustrated because I never write reviews, in fact it is my first one. But I really felt this one was necessary. Yes, my phone still does that tol this day.

My husband came into this store to purchase a cellphone while in the store was told that they could assist him in unlocking his phone. He was told that he could get purchase a PREMIUM package which cost $80 (higher than the average price of $54.00), this was A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE that would only take 1 to 3 days. We contacted them after the 3 days had passed and was told that it would take an additional 2 days, also told that if the services werent available that some kind of compensation would be given. We called in on the 5th day and was greeted with a very angry and rude employee which by the way was the owner of the company. Was told in a very irate voice that they were using a third party source and couldnt help us any further!!!! Every time that we contacted they about a service that was purchase from this company we are giving the run around!!!! They are very unprofessional and care nothing about there services or customers. They are total FRAUDS!!! My husband had to actually engage in a shouting match with the owner due to her rudeness and total disregards to trying to listen to his complaints about THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!!! He was even asking for his money back!!! Just trying to let them know that they are TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING AND GIVING GUARANTEES THAT CLEARLY THEY HAVE NO INTENTION ON UPHOLDING.

Wish they cared more I would have been a customer for life you guys missed out Experience was fine they made a very broken phone look amazing I was very very pleased ... my phone was bent is the problem and they put a new screen on and I put my new fixed phone in my case. Well after it fell it wasnt broken or scratched only sitting on the table and the job that they did on my phone which I thought was amazing started just falling apart as if a five year old put it together not sure why but when I called them to explain my problem they changed my mind set about them entirely by telling me hat they would not even look at it to admit it was their fault so Im now out 100 dollars and my phone is still broken thanks for nothing .... I will be letting everyone I know how awful of an experience this was

I had to get my camera screen on my Galaxy S7 replaced. Several other places didnt want to work on my device because its new, but I called this business and they were willing to fix it. I had to pay half the amount to order the part and the other half after the repair. It took a little less than 5 mins to be replaced. GREAT SERVICE!
