The customer service here is a joke... The old lady that work here walks around with a frown ALL the time like you owe her something simply from being there. She also carries a large pistol on her hip for all to see... Like come on lady, its a freakin cell phone place. They tell you incorrect information about your phones when they have no clue or simply wants you out of their face so they can go back to doing nothing and shoo shooing... The old lady sold me a new phone and didnt put my requested insurance on it and said she couldnt insure it yet because the phone wasnt due out for another week which turned out to be a lie. Looking back on it, she sold me a phone and pocketed the money from the store owner. She knew that if she put insurance on the phone, metro and the store owner would have known that the phone was bought and sold from that location and that I didnt bring in my own phone... Dont go to this place... Especially if an old lady named Brenda is in there... RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Rude is an understatement! Unprofessional. I called and asked, "were there any deals for existing customers where I didnt have to put money down today....and I was asked to repeat myself...I did. The associate thought I asked "if there was any way she could help me with my bill" so I emphasized the D while asking my question again as any person would in attempts to communicate effectively. She replied, "O baby you dont have to talk like that!" My reply was, "I didnt mean it in any time of way but not to worry because my whole experienced has been messed up and to have a good day." Im baffled at her reply and tone! Who trained you? If I was your manager you would not be working for me because that was totally unacceptable and at the very least unprofessional. It also leaves implication that this type of behavior is allowed by MetroPCS. What a poor way to be reflected!

I had great customer service here. I dont know who used to work there, but everyone that currently does deserves a raise. This is the only metro store that always have everything that i need and is able to fully answer all of my questions.
