Worst experience I have ever had, I went to replace my Gshock watchs battery. The guy replaced the battery, took 10 mins, handed over to me then I saw my watch stopped working. Watchs minutes hand got stuck. I guess, the guy was not trained to replace the battery and messed with my watch. I told him that It stopped working. He started accusing me that watch was not working when I gave it to him to replace the battery and started yelling at me. I told him that battery was dead how it is supposed to work and I bought it just 1 year ago nobody opened it before. He then opened the watch again fixed hands of the watch. When I got home saw the youtube video about how to replace the battery of Gshock watch. The video taught me about the safety measures to take when replacing batteries. I checked my watch to see what went wrong and saw the guy messed with the battery case when replacing the battery that caused the issue and made the dial to not fit into the case of the watch.

Today I was having problems with my car battery, I had to get a jump twice by roadside assistance. After work I took my car to Batteries Plus to check if the battery was good. The man on staff, I do not remember his name, I believe he was bald with a mustache. He listened to what was going on with my car and logically thought about what the issue may be. He quickly discovered the problem and it was a quick fix. The fact that he took the time to think it through and assist me and save me $$ trying to find the problem, means the world to me. He did more than just his job and i appreciate good, efficient workers! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Why I would not bother to use online in the future: 1) I did order an expensive (8 bay AAA battery charger) item;; online, only to receive a call from your company notifying me that they no longer stocked the item. I purchased a 12-bay @ Frys for $45 the next day. 2) On November 2nd I tried again! a) The 10% incentive and easy pickup was enough for me to try and spend the $26.38 online instead of a walk-in to #39. Unfortunately, I could not find enough information online to ensure that I would get the right products. b) One of your two store employees was able to quickly (less than 3 min) solve my purchase needs.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! Rude, unprofessional , and inept. Could NOT fix phone said they did, charged me for fixing it;but, did NOT fix it. When showed it still did not work they took my phone to the back and refused to give it back to me. When I asked for my phone back they threatened to call the police. I said good call them because you are refusing to give me my phone. So, they bring my phone from the back and slammed it on the counter breaking it more.

Terrible experience at the Windward Parkway store. In order to utilize an availabile discount for a car battery, I had to stand at the counter in front of the battery and the only employee in the store and purchase it on my phone. And then the coupon code wouldnt work. The employee did not resolve the issue and I did not receive the discount.

These guys are the BEST !!! I would not buy my lights or vehicle batteries from any other place.. The staff there is top notch and they have AWESOME !!! prices on everything .. You owe yourself a visit and check out all of the cool gear that they sell for your house and for your vehicles.

Batteries Plus Bulbs was great! I ordered a battery for our waverunner online and picked it up at the store. Saved me a trip to the marine store. I never realized they would have had what I needed. It was so easy and convenient. Will definitely be using them again!

Great service. The employee that worked there was very helpful in telling me what was wrong with my smartphone, he also told me what I could do to repair it and gave me alternative options. I would definitely recommend going there for device repair.

The worst experience Ive had at a retail outlet. Andy was rude, contentious and mad very unprofessional remarks. My understanding is these are franchise run. I would suggest you find another location or a different store to address your needs
