I would suggest going to a different store. After going to change my plan and get a new phone, 3 things happened (or didnt happen): 1. New sim card was not activated (after being told it was). 2. The plan that I wanted (and was told I had) was not set up. After being charged extra, I had to go and change my plan back to what I thought I had. 3. I was signed up for a warranty that I specifically told them not to sign me up for. You are better off going somewhere else and not have to deal with the inconvenience of setting everything up yourself. The whole reason you go to the store in the first place is to have peace of mind that your plan (and bill) is being set up correctly. If they cant do that, whats the point?

I have nothing but excellent things to say about all the employees @ this location!! Eric & Freddie have great customer service skills, that are very hard to come by these days! all the negative feedback on this page are very upsetting to see, & those people must have been having bad days themselves, & verbally took it out on these employees!! Once again I would highly recommend coming to this location due to the excellent and friendly customer service I have received, every time I walk through the door! Eric & Freddie are awesome individuals!! Oh, & I forgot to mention I have been coming to this location for past last 7 yrs! !!!!!!

I was a customer for 18 years before I switched to Verizon, since T-Mobile downgraded my high-speed data to 2 gigs when putting me in another plan and then wanted $50 more per month to put me in an unlimited data plan (this was before their recent promotion re. unlimited data plans.) The staff at this location was not very helpful, did not seem to care about the fact that I had been such a long-time customer and did not make any serious attempt to rectify the situation. Having to pay a bit more at Verizon, but their customer service in the store is far superior to T-Mobiles. And the best part, no more dropped calls!

Just visited the store and had a horrible experience. I wanted to get the Galaxy S5 on my lunch and had to wait the entire hour just to be told that the system was down for accessing customers who had the jump program. Eric the manager also tried to help a woman who came in after me while he tried to help me which led me to believe he did no trouble shooting with my problem to see why the computer was down or if there was any other alternative solutions that were available. Eric wasnt friendly and had no customer service skills at all .....Dont waste your time here

I migrated from Verizon. I live in a rural area of NE Georgia, but work in Atlanta and I needed a lot more Data service at home so I can use it when my internet provider (Windstream) fails, as well as excellent voice service. Eric and Maria helped me test service with a pre-paid account using my current phone and then I came back and migrated both mine and my wifes lines over seamlessly. I have 5 bars at home, 4GLTE service, MUCH more data, new phones, and paying quite a bit less. I couldnt be happier.

I dont understand any of the negative reviews on this T-Mobile location. This location has excellent customer service, and I appreciate their professionalism. I went in to the store today to return some T-Mobile signal boosters, and Tamie made my return effortless. She was extremely pleasant and treated me with the utmost respect. Its amazing how when you show people a little respect how helpful they can be! I would highly recommend this T-Mobile location.

Love this location. Have done a lot of business here and its always been top notch. Everyone is really helpful and have great attitudes no matter how frustrating the customer is. I especially love Brittany. Shes super helpful and goes out of her way to make sure youre a happy customer.

I walked around the store for 20 minutes and nobody acknowledged I was there... they assisted the same two people and never once looked in my direction the entire time. One couple wasnt even buying anything, just had a lot of questions... wont ever go back there.

I wouldnt recommend this T-Mobile Store to anyone. The manager Eric has horrible attitude .As long time customer with T-Mobile I never been treated so rudely. I t think Mr Eric doesnt care about his job .
