Staff has been extremely unfriendly the three times Ive been in, and manager (not sure if it was the store manager or a shift supervisor) was unfriendly and unhelpful after customer service said the stores would honor something that he refused to do. I basically wasted my time going into the store, and had him be borderline combative as soon as I explained what customer service told me. I also just found out that stores have "emergency phones" to give to customers in extenuating circumstances. I have a non-functional phone, and was going to have to wait until Tuesday (went in on saturday) to get a phone shipped to me from customer service since he supposedly couldnt honor what they told me they would do. I was not offered an emergency phone, despite my clear panic that I wouldnt have a phone for two business days (this is a business phone). I will be continuing to go the perimeter location, even though it is further away. I have had night and day different experiences in the two locations.

I will give 0 stars if I could. I needed a new phone and plan. The assigned sales rep rushed me through the entire process and everything he said seemed untrustworthy. I felt rushed through the decision making process and even when I was debating between two phone models he just picked the one he said was better and started the paperwork with it. He added a $90 "bundle deal" that I did not ask for or need. It included a screen protector that retails 49.99 that ended up being a thick piece of material that dulled the touch screen to the point where it was really unusable. He pushed a final price and signature. He pushed off pricing questions and finally scrawled some numbers down before literally leaving to assist another customer. He had tacked on insurance but I didnt ask for that and he did not bother explaining any details on things like eligibility and deductible. I walked out of this store feeling like I had been robbed. Is this what all mobile service providers are like?

I had the most extraordinary experience at this Verizon Wireless location today. I bought an iPhone 6 two weeks ago which was having some issues, and I had questions that needed answering. While at least one of the sales people was of absolutely no help, nor did they show a willingness to help and kept getting distracted by turning their attention to every new customer who walked in (VERY annoying and poor customer service!!), I must commend Paul Cha for his extensive knowledge, thoroughness, willingness to help, setting up my phone, answering my questions AND resolving the problems I was having, when no one else at Verizon or Apple could!! Paul deserves WAY more than 5 stars, in my opinion, and my rating is based solely on my experience with him. Otherwise, I would have given this location 3 or less stars. I am a very happy customer. Thanks a million, Paul!!

Wow, this was the best Verizon store visit of my life. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, which is about 2 hours less than my last 2 in store experiences at other locations despite walking in knowing exactly what I wanted. I walked in seriously expecting a major hassle and spending no less than an hour. Brandon Odum is extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you Verizon for dramatically improving your in store experience and for hiring and training some great employees.

I had an excellent time at Verizon - they were able to fulfill all my needs (even though I had a complicated and time-consuming problem). I had made multiple mistakes including account issues and also buying an unsupported phone and they were able to get me out of the store with a new phone and all my needs successfully met. I appreciated their commitment to resolving my problems.

Nick penta has outstanding customer service. I drop my phone in water I was so upset . I arrive at the store 5 minutes before they was about to close. Nick to great care of me . I was so stress out . Nick did not rush me at all and his customer service was on point. Outstanding staff and customer service.

Very nice staff. Verizon has come a long way with their in store experience. Gone are the pushy sales people and in came the smart and sensible people. Now only if they were competitive with accessory prices, Id give them 5 stars!
